Ondra Health Tirzepatide Review: Prices and Prepaid Refunds

Ondra Health lists $219 billed monthly for compounded tirzepatide. Longer plans reduce the displayed monthly equivalent but collect more at once: $399 every two months, $549 for three months, $999 for six and $1,699 for twelve. Pharmacy eligibility determines which terms are available.³

Its useful distinction is the combination of a published price table and a specific early-cancellation calculation for six- and twelve-month prepayments. Compare that calculation with the amount you can comfortably commit before choosing the lowest headline.

Price the selected plan and pharmacy together

The two-month selection is available only through Optio RX; six- and twelve-month plans are limited to Hallandale and Vials RX. The homepage excludes Optio RX from the quarterly option. Longer amounts are paid upfront after prescribing. The displayed equivalents are rounded, so use the billed total rather than multiplying a rounded headline.^3,6

Consultation, medication, supplies and shipping are included, with no membership fee and the same advertised price across doses within a plan. Obtain the actual prescribed preparation, quantity, shipment schedule and renewal amount. An included consultation does not independently settle every possible laboratory charge.³

The prepaid refund uses regular quarterly pricing

The refund policy makes an explicit exception for early cancellation of six- and twelve-month plans. It deducts the regular quarterly price in effect at purchase for each three-month supply already sent to the pharmacy, then refunds any remainder. The prepaid discount is removed from those supplied portions; deductions reaching the paid total leave no refund and no additional amount owed under this calculation.⁴

Other monthly and quarterly processed charges are generally not prorated for unused time. A quarterly supply sent for fulfillment is nonrefundable. Ask support to calculate the applicable remaining balance before choosing a longer term.⁴

Contact care@ondra.health before the next billing date and any account or checkout deadline to stop renewal. Terms say recurring plans automatically renew unless checkout states otherwise. A pending-order cancellation, stopping renewal and recovering prepaid money are separate decisions.^4,7

Approval and delivery have their own financial stages

The product says payment follows prescribing. Outside the six- and twelve-month prepaid exception, the refund policy makes an approved prescription final and nonrefundable once transmitted to a pharmacy. The policies also allow temporary authorization and say earned consultation or administrative fees can become nonrefundable before transmission. A medical-ineligibility refund is conditional; obtain the selected charge authorization and processing cutoff.^3,4,7

Damage, incorrect orders and packages marked delivered but missing should be reported within 24 hours, with supporting information. Review may lead to replacement, credit or refund; none is guaranteed merely by submitting a request.⁴

Named teams do not assign your prescription

Ondra identifies Wasef Health, PC and Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC as independent clinical groups. Its homepage labels David Wasef as medical director. Terms identify Ondra Health Inc. and a Los Angeles correspondence address. Confirm the clinical practice and clinician assigned to your care; these disclosures are not independent credential checks.^6,7

The pharmacy menu includes Hallandale, Vials RX, Optio RX, Southend and Drug Crafters, with Boudreaux and the Quaker Community/New Life RX route via Hyalo marked temporarily unavailable.
