Privacy Policy

How Tirzepatide Report handles analytics, consent, cookies, and your privacy choices. Measurement starts with your first page view, no advertising data is collected, and opting out takes one tap.

  1. Information we collect

Tirzepatide Report (the “Site”) uses Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site. Where you have consented, GA4 may collect anonymized usage data, including (i) the pages you view and the actions you take; (ii) an approximate, coarse location derived from your IP address (the full IP address is not retained by the Site); and (iii) device, browser, and referral-source characteristics. We do not ask for, and this Site does not require, your name, email address, or other directly identifying information to browse.

  2. Consent Mode v2 and the opt-out model

The Site serves a US audience and implements Google Consent Mode v2 on an opt-out basis, which means (i) analytics storage is granted by default, so measurement begins when the page loads and the cookie notice informs you rather than requesting permission; (ii) advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain denied at all times, and the Site conducts no advertising targeting; and (iii) you may opt out at any time, from the notice or from the control under “Your choices and rights” below, which sets analytics storage to denied for that browser and deletes the Google Analytics cookies already stored in it.

  3. Cookies and local storage

Your choice is recorded locally in your browser under the cookie-consent key so that the Site can remember your preference between visits; the preference is therefore per browser and per device. Unless you have opted out, GA4 sets its own cookies to distinguish sessions and devices. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or profiling.

  4. How we use information

Consented, aggregated analytics data is used solely to (i) measure traffic and content performance, (ii) diagnose technical issues, and (iii) improve the clarity and usefulness of the Site. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you and we do not attempt to re-identify individual visitors.

  5. No sale of personal information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Site earns revenue through affiliate and referral arrangements, not through the sale of visitor data.

  6. Google as a third-party processor

GA4 is provided by Google, which processes consented analytics data as a third party under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control Google’s independent practices; your interactions with Google’s services are governed by the agreements between you and Google.

  7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to (i) access or learn what data is processed; (ii) request deletion; and (iii) opt out of analytics. The control below exercises the third immediately and without a reload; clearing this Site’s data in your browser (or deleting the cookie-consent entry) returns you to the default. For any other request, contact us at contact@tirzepatidereport.com.

  8. Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from any person under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.

  9. Data retention

Aggregated analytics data is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described above and is then deleted or anonymized in accordance with GA4’s data-retention settings. Because we do not maintain visitor accounts, we hold no directly identifying records to retain.

  10. Security

The Site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Any revision takes effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

  12. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data may be directed to contact@tirzepatidereport.com.
