The existing WellMedr program entry now uses welludr. branding and advertises tirzepatide starting at $89 a month, with shipment every four weeks. Its separate billing policy describes a 21-day recurring plan and prepaid three-, six- and twelve-month options. Obtain the selected charge and billing calendar; shipment timing alone does not establish when the card is charged.^3,4

The policy’s most important financial cutoff is documented pharmacy preparation, not simply sending the prescription electronically. The selected checkout agreement should identify the price, period and order status before you rely on a cancellation promise.⁴

Reconcile the headline with the selected plan

The landing card advertises the same price regardless of dosage and a monthly starting amount. The policy says payment is taken before clinical review, and its 21-day plan is not calendar-month billing. It states that an uninterrupted plan can produce up to 18 charges in the first 365 days including checkout. That count applies to the 21-day plan, not automatically to every advertised medication offer.^3,4

The three-, six- and twelve-month plans are paid in full. They renew only if the patient separately accepts automatic renewal; otherwise they end after the paid term. Disclosed renewal charges can occur before the current treatment term ends, generally ten days early for three- and six-month plans and fifteen days for annual plans. Confirm the actual charge date and covered treatment dates.⁴

Cancellation and early termination are separate

The policy makes cancellation effective when received and says a request before the charge is submitted stops it. Canceling renewal does not itself end the paid current term; separately request early termination if you also want future unstarted fulfillment stopped.⁴

Initial medical nonapproval triggers a full checkout-payment refund within seven business days. Before documented medication fulfillment starts, the affected payment is generally refunded, except for a separately itemized, accepted service already completed. For prepaid terms, future-month shares are based on the actual prepaid price divided equally across the term, less separately disclosed completed services. The policy says completed months will not be repriced upward or the original discount clawed back. Ask for the calculation and which months a pharmacy-started batch covers.⁴

Identify the actual care and pharmacy roles

The consent and policy name Wellmedr LLC for platform support and describe independent clinician decisions. The current service-availability page lists Logos RX, Emerald Compounding Pharmacy and Center City Pharmacy. These are provider disclosures, not current license validation or assignment to your prescription.^4,5,6

The policy defines fulfillment start as documented preparation, compounding, filling or dispensing. Mere electronic receipt or administrative routing is not enough. Request the actual compounding entity and dispenser, including when they differ, and confirm physical-location and medication eligibility.^4,6

Keep delivery and outcome claims qualified

The landing page promotes a 90-day weight-loss money-back guarantee, while the financial policy says lack of desired results alone does not refund a pharmacy-started order. Obtain the applicable written guarantee and its conditions rather than assuming it overrides the order-status rules.^3,4

The policy asks patients to report missing, damaged, leaking, incorrect or unusable items within seven calendar days, with exceptions for defects discovered later or nonwaivable rights. Replacement is generally the first remedy for a fulfillment error; an affected refund follows if replacement cannot reasonably be supplied.⁴
