Remedy Meds Tirzepatide Review: Subscription, Warranty & Cancellation

Remedy Meds names compounded tirzepatide, but its public homepage does not establish a medication-specific dollar price. Its most consequential published terms concern the commitment: payment for the selected subscription term is collected upfront, renewals can process early, and the advertised weight-loss warranty requires a full year of uninterrupted participation.^1,2

The program may suit someone who wants ongoing clinician access and organized refills. Before paying, compare the complete subscription charge with the supply and support included. “Cancel anytime” does not mean that a paid term is refundable or that the weight-loss warranty works as a short trial. The homepage also says “No Memberships or Hidden Fees,” while the contract defines a paid Program Membership; confirm the selected plan’s actual fee and terms.^1,2

What the subscription pays for

The June 4, 2026 terms describe unlimited clinician consultations, platform resources and, when prescribed, compounded medication equivalent to four weeks of supply. The initial clinician review is synchronous; later refill reviews may be asynchronous unless the patient requests or the clinician requires a synchronous session. Ordinary refill forms are requested approximately three weeks after the prior fill. The separate microdosing schedule is not a substitute for the standard tirzepatide plan.²

The fee buys continuing access as well as medication. Charges can continue when a member fails to complete a refill form and receives no shipment. The terms also allow the clinician to recommend a different product while membership charges continue unless canceled. Confirm the exact medicine, amount due now, term length and next charge together. Some additional consultations or laboratory work can fall outside the membership.²

Remedy describes cash-pay care and does not accept insurance. A four-week medication supply is not automatically the same as a calendar-month billing period. The public homepage's branded and microdosing pathways also should not be priced or judged using an assumed standard compounded-tirzepatide offer.^1,2

Renewal, cancellation and an initial decline

The contract requires notice at least 48 hours before the end of the current subscription term to prevent renewal. It also permits subsequent billing or shipment up to ten days early. Ask which processing date applies to the selected plan and save cancellation confirmation; waiting until the apparent final day can be too late. Paid terms generally receive no partial refund, with access continuing through the paid term.²

The initial no-prescription provision needs particular attention. Section 5(b) makes its exception depend on what is expressly stated at checkout for the initial payment when medication is not prescribed after consultation. It does not provide a universal, unconditional refund for every clinical decline. Obtain that initial-payment treatment before committing, rather than treating prescription ineligibility and an ordinary cancellation as identical events.²

The warranty has thirteen-shipment conditions

The weight-loss warranty covers eligible new customers receiving standard-dose compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. It requires twelve consecutive months of enrollment, prescribed treatment and refill participation, including thirteen uninterrupted shipments every 28 days. A pause, cancellation, gap, switch to a branded drug or microdosing protocol can void eligibility. There are additional goal-weight and prior-medication conditions.²

The claim must arrive within 35 days after the thirteenth shipment. Verification requires either a clinician attestation or a specified video procedure, each with its own submission deadline. Approved refunds cover program fees for that year, not incidental verification costs. Read those conditions before assigning the warranty financial value, and never continue clinically unsuitable treatment merely to pursue a refund.²

Who provides care and prepares medication

Remedy Meds LLC describes an administrative platform, not the medical practice or pharmacy. Its terms name OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, JMP Medical and KMG Medical Group entities among the clinical organizations. The telehealth consent allows nurse practitioners and physician assistants as well as physicians; a named corporate group does not establish the individual clinician or dispensing pharmacy for a particular prescription.^2,3

The homepage's member weight-loss figures are self-reported, and its testimonial disclosure says members were compensated. These are not randomized comparisons proving Remedy's service or a compounded preparation matches a branded product. FDA issued Remedy a September 9, 2025 warning letter concerning false or misleading compounded-drug equivalence claims. That letter is a regulatory record, not proof of a current resolution or a finding about every later prescription.^1,4
