Enhance MD Tirzepatide Review: Four-Week Bills & Plans

Enhance’s named GLP-1 Advanced tirzepatide page lists plan labels that differ from its homepage headline. The named page pairs $329/month with billing every four weeks, and lower monthly-looking labels with twelve-, twenty-four- and forty-eight-week billing periods. Its homepage advertises starting at $280/month at all doses. That headline does not explain the selected billing commitment; confirm the complete amount collected before comparing plans.^3,4

A four-week cycle is not a calendar month

The named plan list describes $313/month billed every twelve weeks, $296/month every twenty-four weeks and $280/month every forty-eight weeks. Those labels do not establish the collected invoice total, separately payable monthly installments or identical introductory conditions. The one-month option advertises $50 off a first order; longer options advertise $100 off. Obtain the actual first payment and continuing authorization rather than calculating an unconfirmed bill.³

The PeterMD review examines another monthly-looking label attached to a longer billing period: quarterly collection after an introductory offer. Compare its billing period with Enhance’s four-week renewal description, then confirm the collected amount and covered supply for each selected plan. Neither label alone establishes separately payable calendar-month treatment.⁸

The general FAQ says membership renews every 28 days, and refill billing occurs when the prescription is transmitted to a pharmacy. The Terms require cancellation before the next billing cycle and say full payment terms are supplied during purchase. Ask how the selected longer plan relates to the general 28-day description.^5,6

What the program says is included

The Advanced FAQ describes four weeks of compounded tirzepatide, ongoing provider care, metabolic laboratory testing every six months, supplies, wellness coaching and platform access. The shipping policy says two-day priority shipping is included in displayed pricing, while warning that arrival times are not guaranteed. These are published inclusions, not proof of an individual prescription or delivery deadline.^3,7

If the onboarding process finds a person ineligible for the formulation, the named page promises 100% of the initial payment back. The FAQ page repeats the initial-payment refund promise and separately gives a five-to-ten-business-day processing estimate. This is an eligibility-related promise, not an unrestricted refund for later cancellation or a dispensed prescription.^3,6

Canceling and medication concerns differ

The FAQ permits pausing or canceling through support, but the reviewed public material does not supply one precise advance-notice period for every plan. Cancellation can affect refills. Obtain the next processing date, accepted cutoff, unused-term treatment and preparation-stage rule for the selected purchase.^5,6

The January 2025 Shipping & Returns policy does not accept prescription returns and directs quality concerns to support for a provider call. It does not promise an automatic cash refund or replacement for every concern. Provider review can delay processing, and carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees.⁷

Confirm the actual dispenser rather than silently merging these different lists into an assigned facility. The FAQ permits another pharmacy, but says that pharmacy bills medication directly at its own prices. Terms also distinguish the Enhance.MD platform from named independent medical groups.^5,6

Clinical trials studied specific products and protocols; they do not establish this program’s outcomes, added-ingredient benefits, microdose effectiveness or equivalence of a semaglutide-plus-tirzepatide combination. These are distinct preparations; the named Advanced offer and an individual prescription are the relevant comparison.^1,2
