SnagRx Tirzepatide Review: Monthly Cost, Bundles & Refunds

SnagRx publishes $149 billed monthly for compounded tirzepatide, alongside lower monthly equivalents requiring three-, six- or twelve-month purchases. Its $119 rate belongs to a $1,428 annual term paid upfront, not a separately payable $119 month. The bigger contract question is what happens after payment: the dedicated refund policy generally makes payments final even before intake is completed.^3,4,5

Price and commitment are different numbers

The named product page displays $149, $139, $129 and $119 per month for one-, three-, six- and twelve-month plans. The Terms resolve the payment schedule: $149 recurs monthly; the other terms cost $417, $774 and $1,428 upfront and renew for the same length unless canceled. Confirm the actual plan and renewal date rather than treating every displayed monthly equivalent as a monthly bill.^3,4

The product advertises the same price at every dose, no separate membership fee, initial medical evaluation and prescription review, compounded medication if appropriate, care coaching, messaging, clinician oversight and shipping. However, the Terms also say the final charge can vary with the prescription and selected pharmacy. Obtain the selected price and ask about any required laboratory services before paying. Generic references to lab services where applicable do not establish that every needed test is included.^3,4,5

A crossed-out retail amount, sale timer or promise to lock in pricing does not show what another patient previously paid or guarantee an offer indefinitely. The Terms say the checkout price and promotion conditions govern. Clinical dosing remains the prescriber’s decision; a price table is not a dosing instruction.

Clinical care and pharmacy disclosures

Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc. operates SnagRx. The named page identifies OpenLoop Health as the clinical network and says an OpenLoop clinician meets with the patient after checkout to determine whether a prescription is appropriate. Completing a screening assessment is not itself a provider-patient relationship or treatment approval.^3,4

Four pharmacy partners are publicly listed: Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx. This is useful network disclosure, not confirmation of the facility assigned to an individual prescription or an independent license check. The Terms permit pharmacy transfers for fulfillment, availability, pricing or operational reasons. Confirm the actual preparing and dispensing pharmacy and the product label.⁴

The reviewed product is a patient-specific compounded injection, not an FDA-approved finished medication. Its branded-drug references and testimonials do not establish that the mixture reproduces branded trial results. Our compounding legal-status guide explains the distinction. The product warns that the program may not be available in every state, while the general Terms describe services in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. with limitations. Confirm your actual state’s eligibility rather than treating a general coverage claim as approval.^3,4

Cancellation: three notices need clarification

The dedicated August 25 refund policy requires cancellation at least 72 hours before the next billing date. The July 27 Terms separately require at least five days before the end of the prescription period. A general Terms paragraph also gives 48 hours as an example only when disclosed at checkout. These are different notices tied to potentially different dates; ask support which deadline governs your selected order and retain its cancellation confirmation.^4,5

Cancellation can be requested through support, the account or patient portal. Timely cancellation stops a future renewal; it does not return the current payment. The dedicated policy says single-month and bundled purchases become nonrefundable at payment, including unused services, incomplete intake and months whose medication has not shipped. Canceling a longer term does not ordinarily produce a prorated unused-month refund.⁵

Medical disqualification and shipment problems

The policy’s exception is a provider finding that the patient is not clinically eligible. It refunds the unused portion of the current term after deducting rendered services, including consultations, record or intake review, issued prescriptions, dispensed or shipped medication, and ordered or performed laboratory work. That is narrower than an unconditional full-payment denial refund.⁵

For damaged or incorrect items, the policy describes pharmacy replacement as the sole remedy and asks patients to report problems immediately. Its assertions about prescription-return law are the company’s explanation of its policy, not independent legal advice. The Terms also contain individual arbitration, a class-action waiver and a 30-day opt-out process.^4,5

Does the drug work? (Separate from the provider)

Judge the provider on price, oversight and disclosure; judge the molecule on its trials. Tirzepatide's are strong — roughly 15–21% of body weight over 72 weeks in SURMOUNT-1¹, and better than semaglutide head-to-head² — but they were run on the brand drug at FDA-approved doses. Its strongest decision points are the upfront commitment, conflicting cancellation notices and deduction-based eligibility refund.
