MyFastRx Tirzepatide Review: Introductory Price and Prepaid Plans

MyFastRx advertises compounded tirzepatide at $129 for the first month and $199 at the regular rate. Longer plans lower the monthly equivalent but require substantially more money upfront. Its current refund policy explains how those discounts change when a plan ends early.^3,4

Our assessment: compare the complete commitment rather than the smallest monthly figure. The public pages now show useful plan totals, but the language about automatic billing needs clarification for the particular order you choose.

Monthly equivalents are not monthly payments

The tirzepatide page lists $498 upfront for three months, $894 for six and $1,488 for twelve, corresponding to $166, $149 and $124 per month. It describes the introductory reduction as a new-customer offer and says provider review, medication and express shipping are included.³

Those are different purchase commitments. A twelve-month plan does not mean paying $124 each month, and a first-month discount should not be assumed to reduce a prepaid total again. Save the final order summary, including any code, prescribed supply and next payment date.

The product page says there is no subscription or automatic billing, while the refund policy discusses canceling subscriptions and future supplies. Ask which description governs your selected monthly or prepaid order. Understand the refund calculation

The refund policy says multi-month medication is supplied in three-month shipments. The unfulfilled balance may be canceled before the next supply is submitted to the pharmacy. Medication already received or submitted is repriced using the applicable shorter-term plan prices in effect when you bought the plan.⁴

That calculation can reduce the apparent unused balance. Request a written refund example for your exact term and stage of fulfillment before committing. A cancellation without an additional fee can still recover less money than dividing the annual payment into twelve equal parts.

The policy distinguishes unprocessed orders from medication already prepared, dispensed or shipped. It also directs patients to support for lost or damaged deliveries rather than promising an automatic refund. Keep both the cancellation confirmation and shipment history if an order problem occurs.⁴

The provider, platform and pharmacy

MyFastRx describes online health-history review followed by prescribing when appropriate. The homepage identifies MyFastRx Health LLC, says insurance is not accepted and explains that pharmacy processing and destination affect delivery timing. Typical dispatch is Monday through Thursday.⁵ Express shipping therefore does not establish arrival a fixed number of days after intake.

The terms say patients can request a preferred pharmacy before completing the order.⁶ Ask whether that changes the bundled quote, which facility would fill the prescription and how clinical questions reach the prescriber. A support response about a parcel and a clinician’s decision about symptoms are different services.

The site displays a certification claim, but this review does not treat the image as independent validation. Confirm the actual dispensing facility and its licensing rather than relying solely on the platform’s branding. No nationwide availability promise should replace a check of your own state and prescribed product.
