Piper / Polly Tirzepatide Review: Supply & Refund Terms

Piper’s official site redirects to Polly, and its rebrand notice dates the change to April 29, 2026. The notice says existing plans and billing continue under the new name. Polly’s named compounded tirzepatide page displays “From” $199 for a one-month supply, alongside a crossed-out $279 comparison amount, which is not a second current payable price or a verified renewal rate. Confirm the payable amount, any promotion and the later renewal price before authorizing a plan.^3,4

A supply label does not settle every subscription term

The product page advertises the same price at every dose, no membership or hidden fees and included next-day shipping. Its general terms say some services automatically renew at intervals described during checkout. A one-month supply label alone does not establish the complete recurring bill, a six-month total or every laboratory and visit inclusion.^4,5

The terms distinguish network pharmacy fulfillment, whose prescription cost is included in the described subscription total, from using an outside pharmacy, where patients pay that pharmacy directly. Obtain a complete written charge for the selected route instead of assuming an outside prescription is covered by the same bundle.⁵

The shipping policy says medications generally leave within two to four business days after approval and pharmacy preparation, on weekdays, using expedited shipping. Next-day carrier service is not a promise of delivery the day after enrollment.⁷

Pharmacy submission is the key cancellation cutoff

The April 29, 2026 refund policy allows cancellation for a refund after consultation before submission to the pharmacy. Once a prescription is transmitted, cancellation and refund are no longer available under that policy. A provider finding of medical ineligibility carries a full-refund promise.⁶

To stop a plan, email support. Once confirmed, it remains active through the current billing cycle without further renewals. Ordinary unused time receives no partial or prorated refund. For a six-month plan with three or more months remaining, an unused-portion refund can be requested but is solely discretionary, not automatic.⁶

Report damaged deliveries within 24 hours, with clear photos and retained packaging. After verification, Polly may replace or refund. Delivered-but-missing shipments also need prompt notice and supporting documentation; a carrier claim or police report may be requested. These are conditional remedies, not a universal shipping-loss guarantee.^6,7

Refund requests are reviewed within two to four business days; approved refunds are issued within five to ten business days, with extra time possible for investigations or bank posting. Requested follow-up documents must be supplied within five business days or the request is closed. The policy says the general terms control conflicts.^5,6

Identify the care and pharmacy behind the brand

The terms name Piper Wellness LLC d/b/a JoinPolly as the platform operator and separate its role from independent clinicians and pharmacies. The homepage FAQ names Hallandale Pharmacy and VialsRx as examples of partners described as 503A pharmacies. Those are attributed public disclosures, not independent verification of current credentials or the facility assigned to a patient.^5,9

Polly advertises access across all 50 states and HSA/FSA eligibility. Confirm the actual service in your state and your plan administrator’s reimbursement requirements. Obtain the prescribed formulation, pharmacy and financial agreement; broad access and a product card do not establish individual approval.^4,5

Compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved finished drug.⁸ Brand-drug trials do not establish outcomes for this platform or a compounded preparation. SURMOUNT-1 and SURMOUNT-5 provide clinical context, not proof that a particular compounded formulation or care program produces the same results.^1,2
