NewSelf Tirzepatide Review: Pricing, Three-Month Terms and Refunds

NewSelf promotes compounded Tirzepatide+ with a low advertised monthly figure, but its purchase policy requires a three-month commitment, even when payments are made monthly. The commitment and the point at which a prescription becomes nonrefundable matter as much as the displayed price.^3,4

Our assessment: obtain the complete selected-plan quote and cancellation terms before completing a consultation. A “cancel anytime” message should not be read as permission to leave a three-month obligation without additional charges.

Start with the selected plan’s total

The homepage displays $224.99 monthly for Tirzepatide+ alongside an “as low as” $144.49 figure and a same-price-across-doses claim. Those displays do not establish the term, payment dates or total attached to your own lowest-price offer.³ Do not treat $144.49 as an unrestricted month-to-month quote.

Ask for the full commitment, amount charged immediately, remaining installments and renewal date. If a provider changes the prescription or treatment stops, confirm what happens to both medication already supplied and future payments. A lower monthly equivalent can be less flexible than a higher one-month purchase.

The product listing describes compounded tirzepatide combined with B6 or glycine. Request the actual prescription specification and dispensing label for the formulation offered to you.⁵ An additive does not establish better outcomes or equivalence to an approved branded product.

A three-month supply has a three-month obligation

The refund policy says the program supplies three months of medication upfront and requires completion of that term regardless of the payment option. Early cancellation carries a charge described as equivalent to the program’s full retail monthly price.⁴ Confirm that amount in dollars on your agreement.

The Elevated Health review highlights another longer-plan exit question: its product FAQ says patients can pause or cancel anytime, while the refund policy calls three-, six- and twelve-month plans prepaid and excludes refunds once medication is compounded. Establish whether stopping future service leaves a prepaid balance or refund restriction before comparing monthly labels.^8,9

This is different from simply stopping the next delivery. Ask whether cancellation ends automatic renewal only, leaves remaining installments due or triggers an additional charge. Keep a copy of the terms presented at purchase so a future price change does not obscure what you originally agreed to.

The consultation is a refund cutoff

Before a consultation, an approved cancellation request may receive a refund minus a $99 administrative fee. The policy says an approved prescription is transmitted to the pharmacy after consultation and then becomes non-cancellable, even before shipment. A doctor’s rejection of the prescription is described as eligible for a full refund.⁴ The MDExam review examines another prescription-transmission cutoff and the separate step needed to stop recurring billing.

Those are separate situations. A refund when the doctor declines treatment is not a guarantee that an approved patient can try medication and return it. Ask about a medical change, dispensing error or damaged shipment separately from a change of mind. The company’s policy is not independent confirmation of every legal assertion it contains.

Check availability and the actual pharmacy

NewSelf’s homepage gives broad provider-access language, but its FAQ describes service in 48 states and Puerto Rico, excluding Mississippi and Louisiana. Treat your location and selected product as eligibility questions, rather than assuming the broad headline applies universally.³

The terms describe NewSelf as a technology platform working with independent clinicians and allow a preferred-pharmacy request before ordering.⁶ Ask which practice provides follow-up and which facility will dispense your prescription. A certification badge or a general testing statement does not identify that facility or independently validate your preparation.

FDA issued NewSelf a February 20, 2026 warning letter concerning misleading compounded-drug labeling and promotional claims. That dated action should be considered alongside current disclosures; this review does not establish that FDA has closed the matter.⁷
