bmiMD’s compounded tirzepatide page lists $249 for one month, with lower monthly equivalents for longer plans: $229 for three months, $189 for six and $179 for twelve. The twelve-month total is $2,148, not twelve separate commitments of $179. Its prepaid refund conditions matter as much as the advertised dose-independent price.^3,5

The product describes an included provider visit, clinician messaging and shipping. A clinician must find treatment appropriate; a payment or displayed price does not guarantee a prescription.

Match the headline to the term

The product shows totals of $687 for three months, $1,134 for six and $2,148 for twelve, alongside the $249 monthly option. It advertises the same price at every dose. That does not establish the concentration, usable supply or dispensing schedule for your prescription.³

Use the selected amount due and delivery schedule when comparing with TMates or FitFlow. A monthly equivalent alone cannot show the cash commitment or the consequences of stopping early.

Initial approval and the intake fee

The refund policy describes a temporary authorization before approval and release if the provider does not approve treatment. It separately imposes a $100 nonrefundable processing fee when cancellation is requested after intake submission. If a clinician approves treatment, the selected plan is charged.⁵

Two different cancellation deadlines

The dedicated policy describes automatic renewal, with an authorization five days before the renewal date. Keep the account deadline and cancellation acknowledgment. Longer plans do not become refundable by canceling

Multi-month plans are prepaid and shipped in installments. The dedicated policy says voluntary cancellation, treatment pauses or dissatisfaction do not ordinarily produce a refund after the initial order is sent to the pharmacy. Canceling turns off the next term’s renewal. The policy describes receiving scheduled shipments or converting remaining value into credit.⁵

For documented provider-directed medical cancellation, it offers credit or a refund after completed shipments are deducted. Unavailable future installments have different stated options. Identify the pharmacy and the clinical contact

Terms identify Medccm Inc. as the platform operator and name Precision Compounding Pharmacy in Bellmore, New York. They permit another pharmacy choice and say assignment can depend on state. Confirm your actual dispenser and treating clinician; these disclosures do not independently verify current licenses.⁴

The policy asks patients to report damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs and order details.
