Kongo currently publishes $209 for a one-month tirzepatide plan or $387 total for three months, displayed as $129/month. Its FAQ confirms that the three-month plan is billed upfront. The lower displayed monthly equivalent is not a $129 monthly installment offer.^3,5

Compare the actual charge and supplied period

The named compounded tirzepatide page displays both plans together. It says both include provider evaluation and messaging, and explicitly includes free shipping with the three-month plan. The homepage also advertises supplies, shipping and no separate membership fee. Confirm those inclusions and any additional charge on the selected invoice rather than relying on a general no-hidden-fees claim.^3,5

The public menu does not establish the exact concentration, prescribed amount or quantity for a particular patient. Ask whether three months means twelve weeks or another supplied period, when each shipment arrives and whether the accepted price stays the same if the prescription changes. We did not submit an intake or obtain a personalized order total.^3,5

Portal cancellation is not an unused-plan refund

Kongo's treatment FAQ says patients can stop or pause through the patient portal. Its general FAQ describes contacting the clinical team there to pause a protocol. Those instructions do not establish a precise cancellation cutoff, the next renewal amount or a partial refund for unused prepaid time.^3,5

The posted Terms of Use, dated June 25, 2026, authorize payment when a request is submitted. They make consultation fees nonrefundable after a consultation and describe prescription sales as final, with a route to report a prescription-filling error. They do not establish a broad refund-if-not-approved guarantee in the reviewed provisions.⁴

Before choosing a longer plan, obtain the accepted renewal schedule, notice deadline, nonapproval treatment and refund rules in writing. Pausing future treatment or withdrawing telehealth consent is not proof that an existing charge is reversed. Confirm what happens if a clinician changes treatment or medication becomes unavailable.^4,5

The site now names pharmacy partners

Kongo's posted terms list Absolute Pharmacy (Absolute RX) and Strive Pharmacy as partners. That corrects our earlier description of an unnamed pharmacy network. It is still site attribution, not proof of which facility would prepare an individual prescription or an independent verification of licensure, certification or a particular formulation.⁴

The treatment page describes preparation by a licensed 503A pharmacy. Ask for the actual assigned dispenser, prescription label, concentration, storage requirements and a direct way to contact that pharmacy. A generic vial illustration is not the label of the product you will receive.^3,4

The homepage advertises all fifty states, while the terms condition availability on the states served and allow that list to change. Confirm eligibility where you are physically located. Marketing estimates about intake, approval and shipping are not guarantees that a prescription will be issued or delivered on a particular date.^3,4

Separate the platform from the clinical service

The terms name Kongo LLC and describe independent medical providers; the footer uses Kongo Health Inc. Confirm the contracting entity, actual clinical practice and treating professional in the accepted agreement rather than assuming the relationship between those names.⁴

Kongo advertises clinician review and ongoing messaging. We did not independently measure response times, assess a particular professional's credentials or validate the outcomes in its testimonials. Certification seals and marketing comparisons do not establish medication quality or a personal clinical outcome.^3,4
