BiltRx Tirzepatide Review: Medication Price, Fees and Renewals

BiltRx's named compounded tirzepatide page lists $129/month, with consultation and shipping charged separately. Its general FAQ describes a $9.99 monthly membership, with consultation and medication billed separately. The medication headline is not a verified complete monthly bill or a promise that every prescribed dose costs the same.^3,4

Add the separate charges before comparing prices

Ask for the actual medication, membership, consultation and shipping amounts on the accepted quote. The public product page does not establish the prescribed concentration, quantity, supplied weeks, shipment schedule or the fee for every later prescription. We did not enter medical intake or obtain an accepted invoice.^3,4

The Terms describe certain subscription purchases as a single collected total containing applicable platform, pharmacy and medical-group charges. That explains how charges may be collected, not that the $129 medication figure already includes every fee. Confirm the itemized first payment and recurring total, and whether the general membership applies to the chosen offer.⁵

Renewal can be processed before the expected date

For subscription products, the posted Terms require cancellation at least two days before the applicable renewal processing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The Terms allow an early first renewal and subsequent charges or shipments up to two days early for operational reasons.⁵

The FAQ uses a less clear one-day cancellation window. Do not rely on that shorter wording without confirmation: ask for the actual next processing date, applicable agreement and written cancellation acknowledgment. The Terms list the online account, email and telephone as cancellation channels.^4,5

The Terms do not offer ordinary refunds for partially used subscription periods, although exceptions may be made at the company's discretion. If a temporary pause is offered, charges resume automatically at its end unless canceled. Those provisions do not establish a universal clinician-nonapproval refund or reversal of an already prepared prescription.⁵

Pharmacy names and clinical responsibility

The current Terms name GoGo Meds and Tailor Made Compounding Pharmacy in the platform's pharmacy arrangements and Bask Health and Openloop in the clinical structure. They allow transfer among participating pharmacies. Those are site-reported relationships, not verification of the clinician or facility assigned to an individual order. This replaces the old review's unqualified Boothwyn/Southend description.⁵

The product page describes U.S. 503A compounding, while the FAQ gives a general partner-pharmacy description. Request the actual dispenser's name, state authorization, formulation and supplied quantity. The site's LegitScript and privacy badges are not this review's independent certification of an assigned clinician, pharmacy or privacy practice.^3,4,5

The RxSpan MD review, BetterMe Rx review and Hims review offer other pharmacy and care arrangements to examine. Naming a network partner does not establish which facility will prepare a particular prescription.

Check state access and the medication pathway

BiltRx publishes an interactive state-availability map, but the reviewed page did not provide a medication-specific eligibility confirmation for an individual location. Confirm both prescribing access and pharmacy shipping availability. A general service map, in-stock label or completed consultation does not guarantee a prescription.^3,6

The homepage also lists brand-name Mounjaro as a separately priced option and offers an insurance-coverage inquiry. Neither establishes that the $129 compounded offer buys a brand product or that an insurer will pay for a particular prescription. The Terms distinguish the platform from the independent medical service and describe separate payment when using an outside pharmacy.^5,7
