What the advertised price covers

The product page describes a compounded tirzepatide program with lab services, personalized treatment, weekly support groups and habit tracking. Its membership FAQ expressly says there is no membership fee and describes quarterly lab testing and ongoing provider support as included treatment features. These are the provider’s published package descriptions, not a reason to add a separate $99 membership charge to this offer.³

Before purchasing, ask for the actual first charge, quantity supplied, prescription-specific price, renewal processing date and whether any promotional or plan conditions apply. The $235 headline does not explain every future invoice, while paying over time through Klarna is a payment option rather than proof of a particular medication supply period.³

Cancel before the renewal processing date

For subscription products, the Terms require cancellation at least two days before the applicable renewal processing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. Tuyo lists the Customer Help Center, telephone at 1-(866)-642-8054 and the online account as cancellation channels.⁴

The processing date matters because the Terms also allow an early first renewal and subsequent charges and shipments up to two days early. Do not treat the stated cutoff as simply two days before the expected delivery date or nominal end of the month. Ask for the exact next processing date and retain confirmation that the request was received.⁴

If Tuyo offers a temporary pause, the Terms say charges resume automatically when that pause ends unless the subscription is canceled. A pause therefore should not be treated as a permanent cancellation. Confirm the pause end date and the separate cancellation deadline if you decide not to resume.⁴

Refund limits after renewal or dispensing

The Terms do not offer ordinary refunds for partially used subscription periods, although Tuyo may make case-by-case exceptions at its discretion. Canceling future renewal is different from recovering payment for the period already underway.⁴

Once a partner pharmacy dispenses a prescription, the Terms say it cannot be returned or refunded. They direct patients to contact Tuyo immediately about a wrong medication, an order error or another concern; that contact instruction is not an automatic refund or replacement promise. Ask how an order can be stopped before dispensing and which charges remain payable at each stage.⁴

Prescribing and pharmacy arrangements

Tuyo’s Terms describe a platform working with medical groups, providers and pharmacies, and name Revell Health entities in the care structure. Those published relationships do not independently verify the credentials or assignment of the clinician or facility serving an individual patient. Confirm the actual prescriber, dispensing pharmacy, formulation, supplied quantity and eligibility at your physical location.⁴

Prescriptions can be transferred among participating pharmacies under the Terms. Patients may also request a pharmacy of their choice; if using an outside pharmacy, the patient pays that pharmacy directly for the medication. Ask how that choice changes the quoted package and any remaining platform charges before assuming the advertised total still applies.⁴

A clinician must assess appropriateness and write a prescription before a prescription product is supplied. Neither a listed price nor an availability badge guarantees approval. The named page concerns compounded tirzepatide, not a confirmed price for brand-name Zepbound or an insurance-covered prescription.^3,4
