Belle Tirzepatide Review: Starting Price & Refund Limits

Belle Health advertises compounded tirzepatide from $179 a month, but the current public card does not identify the supply commitment or full amount collected for that starting offer. Its pricing page says longer plans lower the monthly figure. Compare the full purchase and renewal terms rather than treating the headline as an unconditional monthly bill.^1,6

The important regulatory record

FDA issued Belle Health LLC dba Belle a warning letter in February 2026, dated February 20, concerning misleading compounded-drug marketing. The letter addresses labels that suggested Belle itself compounded the semaglutide and tirzepatide products. The current product page says its images are illustrative and Belle is not the compounding pharmacy or manufacturer.^3,1

That current wording is useful context, but it does not establish that FDA has closed the matter. Read the exact letter rather than treating a website disclaimer or an affiliate relationship as regulatory clearance.

What the care bundle includes

The current pricing page advertises provider screening, ongoing dose adjustments, nurse support, injection supplies, shipping and weekly group nutrition sessions with Megan Ostler, MS, RDN. It also promises the price does not rise with dose. These are published inclusions; group coaching does not guarantee an individual dietitian appointment.⁶

Pharmacy names do not assign your prescription

The current pharmacy directory lists Hillstone, BPI Labs, OptioRx and ReviveRX for tirzepatide. It describes a mix of 503A pharmacies and 503B manufacturing facilities, with fulfillment depending on state licensing and the prescription. The Terms list a partly different partner network; confirm the actual dispenser and formulation for your order.^8,7

These are Belle's disclosures, not independent licensing or accreditation findings. Your label should identify the pharmacy and ingredients. Stop future billing before expecting a refund

The July 2025 Terms say some subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Refund or cancellation requests go to care@joinbelle.com with the order details. The checked public Terms do not give one universal number of notice days for a tirzepatide refill.⁷

Prescription and compounded products are nonreturnable and nonrefundable after shipment under the policy. Incorrect or defective products should be reported within seven days of delivery; the 14-day unused-product return provision concerns nonprescription wellness goods. It should not be applied to a shipped prescription.⁷

Confirm the available treatment and support

Belle's directory advertises care in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., while noting that treatment availability and pharmacy assignment vary by state. An application does not guarantee prescribing. Ask how to contact the clinical team between reviews and which current terms cover a longer prepaid supply.⁸
