A starting price does not settle the commitment

The plans page says “No subscription,” free shipping and cancellation or changes at any time. The homepage describes review, a treatment plan, an online clinician visit and medication as included. Longer plans can involve three-month shipments, so shipment frequency and payment frequency should be checked separately. Confirm the actual total, amount due now and any recurring obligation; the public menu is not a personal prescription quote.^3,4

Refund wording needs a careful read

The homepage promises a full refund for medical nonqualification, describes a 14-day withdrawal right except for shipped prescription medication, and says approved refunds arrive within 7–10 business days.
