Fierce Health lists a standard tirzepatide plan at $299 monthly, alongside $849 for “3 Months in Full” and $1,599 for “6 Months in Full.” Those longer-plan figures are prepaid totals, not monthly installments. The separate $199 monthly microdose program should not be treated as the standard plan’s price.^3,4

Compare the commitment before paying

The standard program says it renews automatically on the selected schedule. Its page promises cancellation at any time under the cancellation policy, but a precise notice deadline and the next charge for each prepaid option are not established by that statement alone. Confirm the renewal amount, charge date, shipment schedule and cancellation cutoff in the agreement you accept. A public menu is not a prescription or confirmation that a particular option is currently available to you.³

Medical nonapproval and ordinary returns are different
