Fresh Day Meds Tirzepatide Review: Pricing, Billing & Care+

Fresh Day Meds advertises compounded tirzepatide at $179 billed monthly for people new to GLP-1 treatment. Its product FAQ says that price continues on renewal and when the clinician changes the dose within the plan. Transfer patients are shown different applicable options and prices during eligibility review; $179 is not a universal transfer-patient quote.³

The charge timing needs particular attention. The product says monthly, but the Subscription Terms say current one-month GLP-1 plans renew every 23 days. The general Terms instead describe day 23 as possible renewal preparation and say preparation is not necessarily the billing date. Those statements do not establish one consistent calendar-month payment schedule. Confirm the exact charge dates before authorizing payment.^3,4,5

What the plan includes

The named $179 plan includes clinician review, medication if prescribed, injection supplies, overnight shipping where available and ongoing support, with no separate membership fee. Dose increases are clinical decisions, not automatic steps. The initial public page does not establish your eligibility or prescribed supply.³

Fresh Day Meds is the platform, rather than the treating clinician or dispensing pharmacy. Its Terms name Telegra MD LLC as a medical group patients may access. The current pages refer generally to 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies without identifying the facility assigned to an individual prescription. Neither those general labels nor a displayed LegitScript certification claim independently verifies a pharmacy or clinician's credentials.^3,5

The current Terms exclude Arkansas from compounded GLP-1 treatment and make availability product-specific. Confirm eligibility where you will be physically located. A broad nationwide marketing claim should not override that restriction.⁵

Read the longer plan as a total commitment

The Subscription Terms list a three-month tirzepatide plan at $420 total for new-to-GLP-1 patients, advertised as $140 per month, or $469 total for transfers, advertised as $156 per month. They state automatic renewal every 83 days. These figures are prepaid plan labels, not three independent monthly payments or a guaranteed calendar-quarter interval.⁴

A continuously active subscription retains its accepted plan and price. Canceling and restarting, changing medication, changing cadence or moving between new and transfer eligibility can change the applicable offer. Obtain the amount due, supplied quantity and next charge date for the particular plan.^4,5

A released hold is different from a refund

Card checkout places an authorization hold; payment is captured after physician approval. If the physician determines during the initial evaluation that treatment is inappropriate, the hold is released without a consultation charge. The bank controls when that reservation disappears.^4,5

Canceling or refusing to continue after documented clinical work starts is different: a $75 consultation fee can apply even without medication. Nonresponse requires a final written notice giving at least 24 hours to respond. Entering the queue alone does not establish that clinical work began, and the same consultation fee is not charged twice.⁵

For paid automatic renewals, $75 is allocated within the renewal payment and may be retained if a courtesy refund is obtained; it is not an extra $75 surcharge. Future-refill controls do not cancel an order already in physician or pharmacy processing. A portal or team confirmation is required to complete a change: opening a support ticket alone does not stop billing.^4,5

What the Care+ guarantee actually promises

Care+ is a separate conditional refund offer, not a promise to reach a personal goal weight. It applies only when expressly included before purchase and requires first-time Fresh Day weight-care enrollment with no prior GLP-1 use. Transfer, restart and maintenance patients are excluded from this initial offer.⁵

The participation period is four calendar months from confirmed first medication delivery. The subscription and treatment must remain continuous through the completion cutoff; a cancellation, renewal shutoff or treatment interruption beforehand can disqualify the claim. A three-month purchase alone normally requires another paid renewal to complete the period. Clinical instructions take priority: never continue treatment against medical advice to preserve a refund benefit.⁵

Starting-weight evidence must be recorded before the first dose and submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery. A separate final recording and claim are due within the completion window and no later than 14 calendar days after completion. Accessible alternatives and documented technical problems have their own rules. The weight test is less than 1.0 pound lost, not failure to achieve a larger target.⁵

An approved claim returns the full covered program payments, including covered consultation and medication costs, less amounts already reimbursed. The ordinary $75 retention and general nonrefund language do not reduce that approved guarantee refund. A covered scheduled three-month renewal due and paid by completion is refunded in full even if some supply extends beyond completion. After completing the period, another renewal is not required merely to await claim review.⁵

Compounded treatment and the clinical evidence

Compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved finished drug and has not been established as equivalent to the branded injections studied in the trials. Judge the provider on price, oversight and disclosure; judge the molecule on its trials. Tirzepatide's are strong — roughly 15–21% of body weight over 72 weeks in SURMOUNT-1¹, and better than semaglutide head-to-head² — but they were run on the brand drug at FDA-approved doses.
