Sprout Health Tirzepatide Review: Four-Week Pricing and Refund Rules

Sprout Health currently lists compounded tirzepatide at $199 every four weeks, or $149 per month only with a twelve-month plan paid $1,788 upfront. These are different payment commitments: four-week billing is not calendar-month billing, and the annual figure is not a month-to-month option. Plans renew automatically until canceled.⁴

Sprout coordinates access to clinicians and pharmacies rather than manufacturing medication. Its September 2025 FDA warning letter remains relevant to the compounded-versus-approved distinction; the letter is addressed below. Compare the prescribed preparation, supplied quantity and agreement alongside the headline price.^3,7

Read the billing period before comparing prices

The named tirzepatide card says $199 per four weeks, billed every four weeks. Its twelve-month alternative displays $149 monthly with $1,788 collected upfront every twelve months. Do not confuse either with the homepage’s semaglutide offer: that different medication is $149 per four weeks, or $99 monthly on a $1,188 annual prepayment.⁴

The October 15 refund policy describes monthly, three-month and six-month subscriptions and monthly automatic charges. That general description does not match every interval now advertised on the homepage. Confirm the selected first charge, renewal interval and supplied medication together, including how annual billing and early cancellation work.^4,6

The Terms say checkout prices include the mandatory doctor consultation and treatment services. The homepage’s semaglutide hero also advertises medication, provider visit and shipping together. Obtain the tirzepatide-specific inclusions, dose, concentration, total quantity and delivery schedule rather than transferring every semaglutide claim to the other product.^4,5

An annual prepayment does not establish that twelve months of medicine arrive together. Nor does the published price establish an individual prescription or promise unchanged future rates. Care, consultations and the correct portal

The current homepage describes an online assessment, independent clinical review and pharmacy fulfillment if a prescription is appropriate. Most prescriptions are said to reach the pharmacy within two business days after the visit; that is a service claim about transmission, not a guaranteed delivery date.⁴

The Terms identify MD Integrations as a collaborating clinical network, require consultation and leave approval to the clinician. They describe synchronous visits in specified states. Do not assume that online care means no live encounter, no testing or weaker supervision; ask what assessment and follow-up your circumstances require.⁵

The same Terms list six excluded states but also include Arkansas in the synchronous-visit list. Confirm current eligibility where you will physically receive care instead of interpreting those lists as an independent licensing check or universal availability promise.⁵

The contact page distinguishes accounts for orders from July 2026 onward from earlier customer portals. The detailed How It Works instructions explicitly describe the legacy journey, including older monthly and quarterly refill rules. Use the account identified in your order email; those legacy instructions do not establish the current four-week or annual schedule.^7,8

For medical questions, contact the licensed clinician through the relevant account or medical portal. Administrative support handles billing, order and account questions during the published weekday hours. Ask who handles dose adjustments and how quickly clinical messages are answered; access to a portal does not guarantee an immediate response.⁸

Cancellation and a refund are different requests

The current refund policy promises a full refund if the order is canceled or withdrawn before the prescription is sent to the pharmacy, including after provider review. Once sent for fulfillment, the order is described as nonrefundable. This cutoff comes before delivery and should not be confused with a right to return dispensed medication.⁶

To avoid the next charge, cancellation must reach Sprout at least 48 hours before the scheduled billing date. Later requests apply the following cycle. Stopping renewal does not reverse an order already sent to the pharmacy.⁶

Check whether another service’s pages agree before borrowing this deadline. Vitalex Health gives thirty days’ notice in its product FAQ and forty-eight hours before monthly processing in its Terms. That unresolved conflict needs clarification; Sprout’s published cutoff does not settle Vitalex’s selected contract or prescription-order cancellation.^10,11

A shipment pause has a separate deadline: request it at least five business days before the scheduled ship date. The policy says approved pauses hold shipment and resume billing and shipping on the specified date. Obtain confirmation of both effects; a request arriving after shipment cannot stop that package.⁶

For a prepaid or multi-month plan, section 7 describes refunding unshipped months using the actual discounted amount paid divided by the plan’s months. Confirm which months remain unshipped and how this applies alongside the pharmacy-transmission cutoff. Do not assume cancellation refunds medication already committed to fulfillment.⁶

Delivery problems: report promptly

For damage, incorrect contents or temperature concerns, the policy requests notice and photographs within 24 hours of delivery. Delivered-but-missing packages have a separate 48-hour reporting instruction and case-by-case replacement. Another paragraph mixes 48- and 72-hour wording for late claims; do not treat that as a guaranteed extension.⁶

Confirmed damaged or incorrect items can qualify for replacement. The policy’s general statements about shipping temperature do not independently establish the stability of your particular formulation. Follow the pharmacy’s label and obtain prescription-specific advice about a suspected excursion. Shortage-related delay is described as awaiting stock rather than a default refund.⁶

The dispensing pharmacy and FDA record

Sprout’s Terms and HIPAA notice list Foothills Pharmacy, Promise Pharmacy and MD Integrations as external contacts. They do not establish which facility will fill your prescription or independently verify a pharmacy classification, license or vial. Confirm the actual dispenser, ingredients, strength, storage instructions and beyond-use date. Sprout also describes choosing another licensed pharmacy.^5,9

FDA’s September 9, 2025 warning letter to Sprout Health Partners LLC dba Sprout Health, MARCS-CMS 715879, challenged marketing that implied its compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide were FDA-approved. The letter does not establish a current closure, recall or resolution. Compounded products are not FDA-approved finished drugs.³
