Vitalex Health Tirzepatide Review: Quote and Cancellation Terms

Vitalex Health describes a compounded tirzepatide program with clinician review, medication delivery and ongoing support, but its named treatment page does not publish a dollar price. The homepage’s new-patient offer starts at $98.99 per month for GLP-1 programs generally; it does not establish that amount for tirzepatide. Request the complete tirzepatide quote rather than treating a general starting offer as the prescription’s price.^3,4

The other important distinction is between stopping renewal and reversing a prescription order. The product FAQ and Terms give different advance-cancellation periods, and the refund provisions contain conditions that matter before medication ships.

What the program says is included

The product lists compounded medication, a dedicated provider, dose adjustments, secure direct messaging, structured check-ins and discreet temperature-controlled delivery. Its pricing FAQ advertises no consultation charges or dose-change surcharges. Those statements describe the advertised bundle, not a confirmed price or supplied quantity for an individual prescription. Laboratory testing costs are not settled by the bundle description.³

The June 1, 2026 Terms describe a single subscription total covering pharmacy, medical-group and platform charges when those services are included. A recurring monthly purchase is charged immediately and every 30 days, with notification five to seven days before a scheduled transaction. The selected product’s interval is disclosed at checkout. Ask for the initial total, medication quantity, supply duration and next charge before authorizing payment.⁵

Clinical care and pharmacy responsibilities

The Terms identify Vitalex Health, LLC as the technology platform, with clinical decisions made by independent providers and preparation and dispensing handled by pharmacies. They publish a mailing address in Atlanta. The reviewed pages do not identify the medical group or pharmacy assigned to a particular order; ask for those names and the clinician responsible for follow-up. “Physician-led” and board-certification descriptions are company claims, not independent credential verification.^3,4,5,6

The Terms also say a prescription included in a purchase must be filled through an accessible platform pharmacy and require agreeing to that restriction. The product page uses nationwide wording, while its FAQ and Terms limit service to operating states. The Terms require the patient’s physical consultation location to match the account’s shipping state. A nationwide headline does not confirm a particular prescription’s availability. The public eligibility entry begins with a question about treatment goals; starting that questionnaire does not establish clinical acceptance or a final bill.^3,4,5,7

Two cancellation deadlines need clarification

The product FAQ requires 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. The Terms instead allow turning off auto-refill in the portal up to 48 hours before monthly processing, with email support for difficulties. Do not assume the shorter interval overrides the FAQ. Ask which deadline and processing date govern your selected plan, and retain the cancellation confirmation.^3,5

An initial prescription order has another limit: the Terms permit a cancellation request within 24 hours only if the provider network has not already received it. After that period, they say the order cannot be canceled. A carrier’s tracking status alone cannot show whether that earlier cutoff has passed.⁵

The FAQ makes consultations, visits and fulfilled prescriptions nonrefundable once services begin or medication is processed. The Terms separately list refund situations including an unshipped order or a provider declining to prescribe, alongside incorrect, damaged or unsafe medication. Their invalid or unverifiable prescription clause expressly promises a full refund. Read these exceptions alongside the earlier cancellation restrictions; neither the unshipped-order wording nor the homepage’s no-charge-if-not-approved claim establishes a refund for every charge in every situation.^3,4,5

For wrong or damaged products, the Terms request contact within 48 hours of delivery and may require photographs. A package marked delivered but missing requires a carrier claim first. The $35 disposal fee concerns returned prescription medication; it is not stated as a general cancellation fee.⁵

Keep the preparation separate from trial results

Vitalex’s product promotes roughly 20% weight loss at six months with a SURMOUNT-1 reference. That marketing is not proof of outcomes for this service or its compounded preparation. Its own disclaimer says compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Discuss Zepbound side effects, gallbladder risks and the thyroid cancer warning with the clinician rather than treating testimonials or “FDA-regulated” wording as product approval.^3,4

Does the drug work? (Separate from the provider)

Judge the provider on price, oversight and disclosure; judge the molecule on its trials. Tirzepatide's are strong — roughly 15–21% of body weight over 72 weeks in SURMOUNT-1¹, and better than semaglutide head-to-head² — but they were run on the brand drug at FDA-approved doses.
