The pricing page lists $249 billed monthly for the premium membership with compounded tirzepatide, including prescribed doses up to 15 mg weekly. Visits, check-ins and dose adjustments are described as included. The homepage also advertises $599 for three months of the tirzepatide plan.^3,4

That three-month payment averages about $199.67 per month. It is still a $599 commitment rather than a promise of monthly $199.67 withdrawals. Confirm when the term starts, whether it renews automatically and what happens if medication is stopped before the end.

There is also a physician-only membership at $100 monthly or $200 per quarter, with medication separate. This is the route described for branded prescriptions such as Zepbound and for patients buying compounded medication by the fill.⁴ The care fee should never be compared with a medication-inclusive plan as if both were complete treatment prices.

The pharmacy bill can change the comparison

For the separate-payment route, the pricing page publishes four-week compounded medication quotes from Drug Crafters, Luxe Med, Cypress and Empower. Tirzepatide pricing differs by dose and pharmacy, and the site says the exact amount is confirmed before each fill.⁴ A low care fee can therefore coexist with a larger total bill.

Ask for the prescribed product, pharmacy facility, supply duration and shipping charge together. The named options are useful transparency, but they do not establish which facility will serve you or that every preparation is interchangeable. For someone who values continuity, ask how urgent and nonurgent questions are handled, whether appointments are scheduled or requested and what happens during clinician absence.
