TelePeptide Tirzepatide Review: Prepay & Billing Conflicts

TelePeptide’s named injectable tirzepatide pricing table lists $249 on monthly billing, alongside prepaid terms: $711 for three months, $1,344 for six months and $2,568 annually. The corresponding $237, $224 and $214 monthly labels are equivalents of upfront payments, not smaller monthly purchases.³

The monthly plan and prepaid terms create different commitments. Obtain the actual prescribed preparation, quantity and shipment schedule before choosing a term; a clinician should determine treatment rather than a price table.³

The CMWL review offers another payment-interval comparison: $239 billed monthly, $478 every three months or $1,434 upfront annually. Its shorter monthly-equivalent labels do not change those full bills. Compare the amount collected, covered supply and cancellation terms with TelePeptide’s prepaid totals rather than comparing the equivalent alone.⁸

Pricing describes clinician evaluation, prescription, medication and shipping as included. The Terms explain that a professional consultation fee is bundled into the selected program price rather than added as a separate charge. Ask whether any laboratory or other outside service is required and separately priced for the actual prescription.^3,4

Initial payment timing is not consistently described

Terms Section 8 describes the first charge approximately 24 hours after clinician approval, with notice and a chance to change the plan or cancel before payment. It also says renewals and shipments may process up to two days before the scheduled renewal date. Do not rely only on the displayed anniversary when deciding when to stop a refill.⁴

Section 8a instead says payment is collected at intake before clinician review, and promises a full automatic refund, including the bundled consultation fee, if no prescription is issued. The Refund Policy also contains both after-prescription language and an intake-before-review capture statement. The expanded setup-fee FAQ likewise says the plan is charged at intake, then says review can be completed before paying anything. Obtain the actual authorization, capture event and applicable agreement rather than treating these as one consistent sequence.^3,4,5

A nonapproval full-refund exception is different from an ordinary cancellation after approved care begins. The general completed-consultation final-sale rule does not erase that stated exception, but nonapproval protection is not a universal right to return delivered medication.^4,5

Seven days is conditional on pharmacy preparation

The initial seven-day cancellation provision requires both a timely request and medication not yet prepared or shipped. Preparation can happen before carrier pickup. Once compounded, the policy directs the request into its later-stage rules rather than guaranteeing an initial full refund.⁵

For three-, six- and twelve-month prepayments, the policy describes a prorated refund of months not yet shipped, less a $25 administrative fee, if requested before the next pharmacy fulfillment cycle. Already shipped months are excluded. Clinician-initiated discontinuation separately covers prepaid amounts tied to shipments not yet prepared, without the administrative fee.⁵

Stop renewal and document exceptions separately

The policy describes portal or written support cancellation before the next billing date, with confirmation, while the Terms allow processing up to two days early. Ask for the actual next charge and pharmacy cutoff. Financing agreements, if selected, have their own repayment obligations; stopping the care program does not automatically cancel a lender balance.^4,5

Damage, wrong products, lost packages and prolonged pharmacy-side delays have different reporting windows and potential remedies. These are conditional replacement, credit or refund provisions, not evidence that every shipment issue receives the same outcome. Contact support promptly with the requested documentation.⁵

Clinical and pharmacy roles remain independent

TelePeptide describes a non-clinical platform coordinating a contracted medical group, whose identity is available on request. The public provider page does not publish a clinician directory. Generic references to 503A or 503B pharmacies do not identify a particular assigned dispenser or independently verify its credentials.^4,6

Clinical evidence and individual care

Compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved finished drug.⁷ SURMOUNT-1 and SURMOUNT-5 studied specific products and treatment protocols; they do not establish this service’s outcomes or equivalence of a compounded preparation, microdose regimen or oral formulation.^1,2 Confirm the actual prescription, risks, alternatives and label instructions with the treating clinician.
