Compare the amount charged and the supplied term

The annual total averages $119.50 per month; the three-month total averages about $159.33 per month. Budget the published $1,434 or $478 charge rather than multiplying the shorter headline label. The annual promotion is described as “buy six, get six free” and the quarterly promotion as “buy two, get one free.”³

The Open Water Rx review provides a shorter prepaid comparison: standard tirzepatide injections are $645 for three months charged upfront, while three separate $219 monthly payments total $657. The prepaid total and the sum of monthly payments are different amounts. Compare the whole charge, renewal authorization and covered supply rather than reconstructing an invoice from a monthly equivalent.⁸

The FitFlow review illustrates the same distinction with a $235 monthly option and a $1,608 annual total advertised as $134 per month. Its annual footnote describes upfront payment or financing, so the headline does not create a $134 month-to-month plan. They say payment may occur when the treatment request is submitted or after onboarding, depending on the service. Nonapproval and voluntary cancellation are different
