EverSlim Tirzepatide Review: Pricing, Renewals and Refunds

EverSlim offers compounded tirzepatide, but the current homepage’s “from $113/month” general headline does not establish a tirzepatide-specific price. Get the medication, formulation, supplied quantity and total charge in writing. Its advertised ability to cancel also needs to be read alongside a 72-hour renewal deadline.^3,4

A starting headline is not a tirzepatide quote

The homepage names semaglutide and tirzepatide and advertises one flat price covering the provider visit, prescription and delivery. During this review, a homepage version displayed tirzepatide from $136/month and semaglutide from $113/month; a subsequent live version displayed only the general $113 headline. Neither establishes an accepted prescription quote, the selected commitment or the price at every dose.³

The current footer’s Pricing link points to a same-page anchor, but that version did not expose a separate pricing section. This review does not establish that no price is available elsewhere or that a patient must pay before receiving one. Ask for the complete quote and billing consent before authorizing charges, including any applicable taxes, separate services and renewal amount.^3,5

EverSlim advertises provider review, medication when prescribed, free delivery and care-team messaging. The cancellation policy says actual inclusions can vary by plan, location, eligibility and pharmacy availability; labs are included only where applicable. Do not assume that a general “everything included” statement guarantees every test or follow-up service.^3,4

No membership marketing still needs a billing agreement

The homepage says no monthly membership, no contracts and cancel anytime. The Terms nevertheless allow subscription products that renew automatically until canceled, at amounts and intervals disclosed at checkout. The cancellation policy calls the arrangement Subscription Services and says it begins after intake completion and the first monthly payment.^3,4,5

This does not establish a separate membership charge on top of medication, nor a minimum term for every offer. It does mean that “no membership” should not be taken to mean no recurring payment. Confirm the selected agreement, next charge date and whether cancellation stops all purchased services.

The Intimate Rose review addresses a similar distinction: a general starting headline and no-membership wording alongside a 72-hour telehealth renewal cutoff. Compare the actual medication quote and cancellation policy for each program; similar marketing does not establish identical refund rights.

Cancel at least 72 hours before renewal

EverSlim’s written policy requires cancellation requests at least 72 hours before the next billing date to avoid that charge. Requests received later may allow another cycle to renew, with cancellation effective at the end of that next period. The policy lists email or the patient portal, if available, as the request channels.⁴

Save confirmation showing which subscription ended and its effective date. Stopping a future renewal is different from receiving a refund for an already processed cycle. The homepage FAQ’s general ability to pause or cancel from the account does not remove the written advance-notice rule.^3,4

Medical nonapproval and ordinary cancellation differ

If the provider finds someone medically ineligible during the initial review, the policy promises a full refund of the Subscription Services payment. Later medical ineligibility has a narrower provision: any refund is limited to the unused portion of the latest cycle and depends on services performed, medication orders and applicable law.⁴

General cancellation does not ordinarily produce a refund for change of mind, nonuse, incomplete forms or dissatisfaction with results. The policy also does not guarantee medication refunds after an order is placed, dispensed, shipped or delivered. Damaged or incorrect medication is subject to review and possible pharmacy replacement; it is not an unconditional money-back guarantee.⁴

Who provides care and fills the prescription?

The Terms identify Divineslim, doing business as EverSlim, as a management services organization using a Rimo, Inc. platform. EverSlim coordinates services rather than independently prescribing or dispensing. It names CareGLP Affiliated P.C.s and DrTelx among the independent clinical entities, and EPIQ Scripts, Foothills Pharmacy and Emerald Compounding Pharmacy among the pharmacy network.⁵

Ask for the assigned clinician and exact dispensing facility. An earlier homepage version displayed a LegitScript verification link, and the site makes broader pharmacy accreditation claims, but this review did not independently establish current registry results for every named entity. A network name or badge does not verify every professional license, formulation or assigned facility.^3,5

The homepage advertises availability in all 50 states and DC. It lists asynchronous care in 44 states and a live consultation requirement in DC, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island and West Virginia. Availability of a particular medication still depends on the patient’s physical location, clinical assessment and provider and pharmacy authorization.³

Compare the contract and keep the clinical evidence separate

Use these as payment comparisons, without assuming the same inclusions or clinical service.
