Independent Wellness Tirzepatide Review: Prices and Provider Access

Independent Wellness has two different public tirzepatide prices: its pricing page advertises $199 for the first month, then $299 a month, while its enrollment page displays $379 a month. Get the selected plan and renewal amount in writing before paying.^3,4

Which price applies to your prescription?

The discrepancy matters more than the starting headline. Ask whether the lower offer is limited to new patients, which doses it covers and what renews after the introductory period. We have not completed checkout or verified an individual quote.

Both pages describe medication and ongoing provider access. The enrollment page also advertises included Quest labs; confirm which tests qualify and whether that inclusion applies to the pricing-page offer. A list of benefits on one page does not establish the terms of another plan.^3,4

Do not use a semaglutide or maintenance-plan price as the cost of standard tirzepatide treatment. Have the confirmation name the medication, prescribed dose, supply, amount due now and next charge.

Delivery does not establish the billing interval

The public FAQ describes a recurring delivery schedule based on the plan, dose and provider approval.⁵ That does not establish payment dates or the number of charges in a year. Request the billing interval attached to your selected order.

Ask for the actual renewal dates and the amount charged each time. Also distinguish the prescription quantity from the time allowed to use the vial after its first puncture; the dispensing pharmacy should explain the label.

Who provides care?

Independent Wellness now names Bonnie Lea Davis, FNP-C on its pricing page and describes continuing with the same provider. It advertises an initial video visit, asynchronous refill options for the next visits and a video follow-up every three months.³ These are published service descriptions, not our experience as a patient.

Confirm whether the clinician is licensed for your location and who covers urgent questions. The current public enrollment information lists a limited group of eligible states. Confirm your address before starting.⁴

The reviewed pages do not identify the pharmacy that would fill an individual order. Request its legal name and contact information before dispensing. A certification-checker link appears on the pricing page, but we have not independently established a current certification or your assigned dispenser.

Before a refill or cancellation

Get the cancellation deadline and refund rules attached to the selected plan. Confirm whether you must contact the clinic for each refill, when the next payment is taken and whether stopping care prevents an already-authorized pharmacy order. The price discrepancy makes an itemized order confirmation especially useful.
