Hers Tirzepatide Review: Zepbound Prices and Membership

Hers lists Zepbound KwikPen and vial medication from $299/month, with a required separate membership: $39 for the first month, then $149/month. The medication headline is not the total bill. At that unchanged starting medication price, the arithmetic is $338 initially and $448 for a later month; the actual prescription and payment schedule can differ.^3,4

Add the membership to the medication price

The named product cards label the $299 medication price as billed monthly. Their FAQ also allows monthly or upfront medication billing depending on the selected plan, and says price can vary by dosage. Confirm the prescribed product, total charged now, supply period and next payment before purchasing. We did not enter a medical intake or obtain a personalized quote.^3,4

The KwikPen page describes a prefilled pen containing four weekly doses. That product description does not make every payment a calendar-month supply or establish a fixed price at every dose. The vial is a different delivery format of branded Zepbound; confirm the dispensed quantity and supplies for the accepted order.^3,4

Follow both subscriptions when canceling

The October 20 terms set a two-day cancellation deadline before scheduled billing. Canceling medication alone leaves membership active; ending membership also ends medication. Shipped prepaid supplies can keep membership charges due through the supply period. The first membership month is nonrefundable. Initial medication refunds require cancellation within 48 hours of payment and before shipment; medication already shipped is nonrefundable. Other partial-period refunds are discretionary.⁵

Some prescriptions may use Gifthealth, whose direct billing and medication policies apply separately. Confirm the actual fulfiller. Use the displayed renewal date and retain the cancellation confirmation.⁵

Decide what kind of continuing care you need

Hers describes a weight-management membership with provider evaluation, messaging and follow-up support. Its FAQ says a live visit depends on the patient's state; response times can vary, and the program is not available in every state. Messaging access should not be read as an immediate clinical response guarantee.³

The terms distinguish this focused weight-loss service from comprehensive primary care.
