Primary Clinic Tirzepatide Review: Membership and Costs

Primary Clinic advertises $89/month for direct primary care, while its member-only compounded tirzepatide menu starts at $133/month. Together that is $222/month at the lowest listed medication band, before any extra charges. The other important cost is the contract: published member terms require an initial three-month commitment.^3,4

Compare the membership-plus-medication total

The current public menu lists four tirzepatide bands, rather than a single price at every dose. Membership is required to access the medication rates. The table adds the published $89 membership to each named medication amount; it is arithmetic, not a personalized prescription or guarantee that the lowest band is appropriate for you.³

These are the provider's compounded-product labels, not instructions for selecting or changing a dose. The lowest band begins at 1.25 mg and the menu contains other nonstandard ranges; do not treat that menu as the labeled Zepbound regimen. Confirm the exact preparation, concentration, prescribed amount and quantity with the clinician and dispensing pharmacy.^3,4

Semaglutide is a separate molecule with its own price table. The $89 membership does not include GLP-1 medication: the FAQ explicitly separates the drug charge from care and prescription management. Obtain a written itemized quote showing medication, membership, shipping and any outside services.³

The minimum term matters more than cancel-anytime wording

The member DPC agreement is dated February 3, 2025. It requires three months initially, with early termination charged at the remaining balance of that term. At the advertised membership rate, three membership payments alone total $267; medication is additional. After the initial period, it renews month to month unless either party gives 30 days' written notice.^3,4

The reviewed member terms do not establish a broad medication-nonapproval refund or unused-plan refund guarantee. Being ineligible for a drug is different from canceling a primary-care membership. Ask what fees remain due if the clinician declines treatment, medication becomes unavailable or you stop using the service. Retain the accepted agreement and written termination confirmation.^3,4

Check what the included care actually covers

Primary Clinic describes non-emergency virtual visits, provider messaging and ongoing prescription management. Its member terms include an annual comprehensive blood panel and medically indicated additional labs, with patients visiting designated facilities. They also say access is subject to clinical judgment and does not guarantee an immediate response or a particular prescription.^3,4

The routine-medication benefit is formulary-limited. The terms name ManifestRx for that benefit, allow six free mail-order shipments a year and permit charges for additional shipments, nonformulary drugs or special handling. That is not proof that ManifestRx prepares the compounded tirzepatide or that every medication and outside service is included. Imaging, specialist and emergency care can create separate costs.⁴

The site presents separate member and non-member disclosures. The non-member episodic-care option does not establish access to the member-only wholesale GLP-1 menu. Confirm which agreement and fee schedule you would actually accept.^3,4

Confirm location and dispensing details

The public program page lists 17 states plus Washington, D.C.: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Utah, Virginia and Washington. Availability still depends on the provider's authorization where you are physically located. Do not assume nationwide service or a guaranteed prescription.^3,4

The program reports using 503A compounding pharmacies. It does not identify an actual assigned dispenser in the reviewed price menu, and we did not independently verify a facility or individual clinician's credentials. Ask who prepares and dispenses the accepted prescription and how to reach that pharmacy.^3,4

Keep service claims separate from medication evidence

Compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved finished drug.
