Its medication FAQ describes the active medication as typically tirzepatide or semaglutide, and its format FAQ specifies subcutaneous microdose injections, with no capsule formulation. This broad program headline does not establish a named tirzepatide dose or supplied quantity; obtain the actual prescribed plan and quote before paying.3
Price the actual protocol and recurring obligation
The homepage describes a shipped protocol, monthly physician check-ins, adjustments and secure messaging, without a long-term contract. It also mentions combinations with other ingredients. Cancel at least 72 hours before billing
The Cancellation & Refund Policy requires a request at least 72 hours before the next billing date, through support or the applicable portal. If the request misses that window, the subscription is charged for the current cycle and cancellation takes effect in the subsequent cycle. Services continue through the end of the paid period.4
“Cancel anytime” therefore concerns a request to stop future service; it is not a promise of an immediate refund. Obtain the next billing date, accepted cancellation channel and written confirmation.
