DrBrainRx Tirzepatide Review: Vial Bundles and Care Fees

DrBrainRx's linked tirzepatide product page lists $299 for Monthly Flex, $807 upfront for three months, or $1,494 upfront for six months. It also requires $25 monthly Care Access. The homepage's $249 tirzepatide headline matches the six-month bundle's monthly medication equivalent; it should not be read as a complete, uncommitted monthly bill.^3,4

Medication orders and monthly care are separate charges

Monthly Flex is described as one medication order at a time, with patient-requested refills rather than automatic medication charges. Required Care Access is recurring. Adding the displayed $299 medication order and $25 care fee gives $324 by arithmetic, before any other applicable charges; it is not an accepted individual invoice or a guarantee of supplied quantity.⁴

The three-month bundle's $807 is a collected upfront amount, equivalent to $269 per month for medication alone. The product page says its full three-month medication supply ships together. The six-month bundle collects $1,494 upfront, equivalent to $249 per month for medication, and describes two three-month shipments with a clinical check-in before the second. The required care fee remains separate. Neither equivalent establishes monthly medication installments.⁴

The homepage advertises a first-vial promotion. The product page says bundle prices cannot be combined with FAST50 or other promotional codes, while eligible promotions may apply to Monthly Flex. Confirm current eligibility and the final quote rather than subtracting a promotion from every bundle.^3,4

Care cancellation does not reverse a medication purchase

The product page calls Care Access the only recurring automatic charge and says it can be canceled without a cancellation fee. The homepage FAQ describes portal cancellation with access continuing through the current billing cycle. The Terms add a specific requirement for subscription products: cancellation up to 48 hours before the applicable monthly processing date.^3,4,5

Confirm the actual next charge and a working cancellation channel before relying on general cancel-anytime wording. The Terms print an incomplete email address in that subscription clause; the public refund policy gives info@drbrainrx.com. Obtain acknowledgment that the care subscription has stopped, and ask whether canceling required Care Access affects an unshipped portion of a prepaid medication bundle.^5,6

The refund policy says prescription medications cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once shipped. It describes possible pharmacy-error exceptions for an incorrect address or incorrect medication or dose, with issues reported within 72 hours of delivery confirmation and documentation potentially required. It does not promise that every unshipped order is refundable.⁶

Medical evaluations, memberships, consultations, prior-authorization work and administrative services are described as non-refundable once services have begun. That is separate from canceling a future care charge. Ask about an unused prepaid bundle balance, clinician nonapproval, pharmacy processing and an interrupted second shipment before purchasing; no universal refund right is established here.⁶

Prescribing states and dispensing details

The linked product page lists 21 current prescribing states: CA, FL, KY, ME, MA, MI, MN, MT, NV, NH, NY, OH, RI, SC, TX, UT, WY, CO, NC, IN and NE. It separately says compounded medication may ship to all 50 states once prescribed. A shipping statement is not the same as permission to prescribe where a patient is physically located. Confirm eligibility for the actual clinician and treatment.⁴

DrBrainRx identifies Dr. Sara Siavoshi as its founder and describes neurology and obesity-medicine credentials. The Terms identify Siavoshi Inc. doing business as DrBrainRx and assign clinical decisions to providers exercising independent judgment. Those public statements are not this review's independent verification of current professional licenses or board certification.^3,5

The product page describes compounding under USP standards and testing claims but does not name the pharmacy assigned to an individual order. The reviewed evidence does not establish the old review's blanket 503B attribution. Request the legal dispensing facility, authorization in the relevant state, formulation, quantity and pharmacist's handling instructions. A displayed LegitScript link likewise does not verify every professional or preparation.^3,4,5

Brand-name treatment uses another payment pathway

DrBrainRx also advertises Zepbound and other brand-name GLP-1 pathways, including manufacturer-direct and insurance routes. Its homepage lists $99 monthly care for the brand-name track, with medication paid separately to the manufacturer or through the relevant pharmacy and insurance arrangement. Approval, copays and manufacturer-program eligibility need individual confirmation.³

Do not add the $25 compounded-care fee to the brand track or treat the $99 care fee as the medication price. The homepage's different comparison sections show inconsistent manufacturer-medication ranges; obtain the current selected manufacturer offer. Evidence, oversight and practical comparisons

Compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved finished drug.
