InstaRX lists compounded tirzepatide, but a current medication-specific price and supplied quantity remain unconfirmed. Its website title advertises getting started for $199; that alone does not establish a tirzepatide invoice, an intake-only fee or the continuing charge.³

What the price does—and does not—cover

The public homepage describes a provider evaluation followed by a personalized plan if prescribed. Its Terms say a $45 doctor consultation fee is included in the monthly price. That is an inclusion statement, not an instruction to add $45 to the website’s $199 title. The Terms do not establish the complete tirzepatide price, supply period or dose-specific schedule.^3,4

Before authorizing a payment, obtain the actual medication, formulation, quantity, treatment period and total due. Ask whether laboratory work or other services add charges. A broad get-started advertisement cannot establish the cost of a particular prescription, and a monthly-price reference does not establish how much medication an individual order supplies.

Automatic renewal needs a specific date

The Terms, effective August 5, 2025, say subscription services renew automatically at the then-current rate unless canceled before renewal. They do not provide a precise advance-notice period in that payment clause. Confirm the next renewal date, the amount due and how to cancel the selected plan; do not import another provider’s 24-hour or 48-hour cutoff.⁴

Stopping a future subscription and reversing an existing prescription order are separate requests. The expanded Shipping and Refund Policy says returns or exchanges are unavailable once an order has shipped and directs patients with order issues to the care team. It does not promise that every unshipped order is refundable. Confirm the selected order’s cancellation cutoff before paying.⁵

The homepage reports sourcing compounded GLP-1 medications from U.S. pharmacies. That does not identify the dispenser assigned to a patient or independently verify a facility’s credentials. Ask for the legal pharmacy name and contact details, the proposed formulation and service availability in your state. A website badge or broad availability claim cannot replace those answers.³
