What the program includes

The program describes an online assessment, clinician review, a prescription if approved and medication delivery. It advertises free, discreet shipping and ongoing support with adjustments as needed. These are MANÜ’s published service descriptions, not a guarantee that a particular patient will receive a prescription or a specific treatment outcome.³

A useful quote should identify the dose, formulation, amount supplied, consultation and medication charges, delivery costs, amount due today and renewal terms. The public page does not establish one all-in monthly tirzepatide bill, an all-dose price or a separate consultation fee.³

Cancellation and refunds depend on the transaction

MANÜ’s Terms, labeled June 4, 2026, say recurring charges use the frequency disclosed at purchase. Under the general subscription section, cancellation by email takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified; partial-period refunds are excluded unless applicable law requires them.⁴

The order-cancellation section separately says that when MANÜ cancels a paid order, it refunds the original payment method. Its listed reasons include clinical ineligibility. That provision differs from a customer canceling after clinical services have been rendered or medication dispensed: the general refund section describes those payments as generally nonrefundable. Suspected charge errors can be reported within 14 days for review; reporting an error is not an automatic refund.⁴

A conditional outcome guarantee covers a different risk from a canceled order. The NexLife review explains its six-month policy, which excludes medication costs and limits eligible refunds to program or membership fees. Compare eligibility requirements and excluded charges before interpreting a guarantee as protection for the entire prescription bill.⁵

The same Terms contain a distinct Nutrition Store Purchase Terms section. Its 48-hour renewal notice, fulfillment-transmission cutoff and nutrition-product remedies explicitly concern nutrition-store transactions. Do not assume those deadlines govern a GLP-1 prescription. Ask which agreement applies to your medication order and obtain the cancellation deadline in writing.⁴

MANÜ’s disclaimer says it is not a pharmacy and describes prescriptions as dispensed exclusively by U.S. 503A pharmacies. That is a published sourcing statement; it does not name the facility assigned to an individual prescription or independently verify its license, inspection status or credentials. Confirm the actual dispenser and formulation before paying.³

The general Terms describe a platform connecting patients with independent healthcare professionals and restrict availability to authorized states. They do not establish a complete state list or individual eligibility. Paying or completing an assessment does not guarantee prescribing.⁴
