Luvo Health Tirzepatide Review: Four-Week Pricing and Refunds

Luvo Health’s compounded tirzepatide page advertises $124.50 for the first four weeks and $249 from the second delivery. That is a different offer from a calendar-month subscription or a price that lasts throughout treatment. Its published cancellation policy also deserves attention before intake.³

Our assessment: the medication-specific price is useful, but the timing of the first charge and the refund cutoff need a written answer. The homepage describes no commitment until clinician review, while the policy says the subscription begins and is charged when intake is completed.^4,5

What the four-week price buys

The tirzepatide listing describes four weeks of injections delivered every four weeks. The broader pricing page includes clinician consultation and reviews, medication, shipping and continuing support, without a separate membership fee.^3,6 Ask whether your selected prescription and plan carry those same inclusions.

Compare a defined number of weeks rather than multiplying a “monthly” headline by twelve. Thirteen four-week supplies cover 364 days. The number of payments before a calendar anniversary depends on when the first payment and subsequent renewals occur. A supply count and cash paid by a date answer different budgeting questions.

The pricing page also lists longer plans. Obtain the entire amount due today, term length and renewal date together. A discount expressed per four weeks does not establish that you can leave after one period without a financial consequence. The written quote should identify the product, quantity and any conditions attached to an introductory offer.

The first-charge question matters

Luvo’s homepage presents an intake, clinician-review and prescription process, with video or phone review where a state requires it. It describes continuing check-ins and nonurgent messaging.⁴ These are useful service descriptions, but they do not resolve the conflicting descriptions of when payment becomes committed.

Before submitting intake, ask whether the card transaction is an authorization or a completed charge, when a prescription is transmitted and what happens if treatment is declined. Keep the answer with the terms accepted at checkout. A general “cancel anytime” statement does not answer each of those questions.

Cancellation and refunds have separate deadlines

The policy requires cancellation at least 72 hours before the next billing date to stop that renewal. It defines medication ordering around prescription transmission, but also says ordering generally occurs at intake for new patients without a required live visit. Clinical services become nonrefundable once provided.⁵

The same policy says a bundle refund uses the standard, non-bundled price for shipments already received. That can leave less refundable than a simple unused-month calculation would suggest. Medical disqualification before medication ordering is described as eligible for a full refund; that limited condition is not an unrestricted money-back promise.⁵

For a shipment that appears damaged or incorrect, contact the service promptly and ask which dispensing pharmacy will review it. Clarify the difference between replacing a faulty order and canceling medication you no longer want.

Confirm the medicine and care team

Luvo lists both compounded and branded pathways. Obtain a separate quote for the actual medicine recommended; the compounded injection promotion should not be carried over to Zepbound. Ask for the prescribing practice, assigned pharmacy and contact for treatment questions, alongside billing support.
