Harper Meds Tirzepatide Review: Pricing and Payment Terms

Harper Meds advertises weight-loss care from $149/month, but its current public homepage does not establish a separate tirzepatide quote, supplied quantity or dose-specific price. Do not treat that general headline—or the previously reported $196 figure—as a confirmed current tirzepatide charge.³

Get the medication-specific quote

The expanded cost FAQ says the starting program price covers doctor consultation, prescription, medication and shipping, with no additional fees. The page names compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in its disclosures, but does not connect the $149 headline to a selected tirzepatide prescription. Obtain the formulation, supply period, first charge and continuing amount before authorizing payment.³

The program also advertises online consultation, ongoing care and access to its medical team. These are published service descriptions, not independent measurements of response times, appointment availability or outcomes. Ask which follow-up visits, tests and services the selected price includes. General Terms say services outside the platform’s collected payment may be billed separately.^3,4

A payment hold is different from a collected charge

The homepage’s expanded approval FAQ says payments are placed on hold at checkout and that no charge is collected until a doctor approves the prescription and it is sent to the pharmacy. A temporary authorization can still affect available card funds. Confirm when a hold is released if treatment is declined and when an approved order becomes final.³

That statement does not establish a refund guarantee after clinical approval, medication processing or shipment. Ask for the actual order’s cancellation and refund rules, including any separately charged clinical service, before proceeding.

Automatic delivery still needs a cancellation agreement

The subscription FAQ describes medication delivered automatically each month, notification before shipment, cancellation anytime, no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. It does not specify a numeric advance-notice deadline or establish a refund for a charge already processed. Obtain the next billing date, cancellation channel and order-processing cutoff in writing.³

Monthly delivery and the next payment are separate questions. The Elara MD review describes monthly renewal notices followed by patient-processed payment; its FAQ says the prescription is not automatically debited. Ask Harper Meds what authorizes its next charge. Neither monthly delivery nor a renewal reminder establishes a refund for an order already processing.⁶

Read the right program’s terms

The posted Terms contain an explicitly titled Testosterone Health Program section. Its membership, twelve-month program description, laboratory, billing and nonrefundable-fee clauses are written for that defined program. They do not establish that a tirzepatide purchase carries the same commitment, charges or refund restrictions.⁴

The Terms also describe a weight-loss guarantee whose medication-adherence condition specifically names compounded semaglutide for sixteen consecutive weekly doses. This review does not apply that guarantee to tirzepatide. A general guarantee heading is not proof that every medication or plan qualifies.⁴

The practical question is the agreement supplied for the actual weight-loss order. Do not assume either an unconditional refund or a universally nonrefundable tirzepatide membership from provisions describing a different service.

Identify the clinical team and dispensing pharmacy

Terms identify Nexus Health Solutions LLC as the platform operator and Beluga Health and affiliated entities for clinical services. The homepage additionally names Wasef Health. These are the site’s attributions; Harper Meds facilitates access rather than independently establishing the clinician-patient relationship.^3,4

The reviewed public information does not identify an individual dispensing facility assigned to a prescription. Ask for that pharmacy, the actual clinician and their availability in the state where care will occur. The Terms limit services to certain states without establishing a complete current medication-specific eligibility list.⁴

The homepage’s LegitScript verification link requests a check for BluehavenRx rather than Harper Meds. That link does not independently verify Harper Meds’ current certification. This review also does not adopt the site’s “503A Outsourcing Facilities” wording as a verified facility classification.³

FDA context and the medication evidence

An FDA warning letter dated June 8, 2026, addressed to Nexus Health Solutions LLC doing business as Harper Meds, concerns misleading labeling and promotion of compounded products, including facility claims. The letter is not product approval, and this review does not establish that its concerns have been resolved.⁵

Compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved finished drug.
