Match the medicine to the whole charge

The named injection page gives a broader $250–$1,400 monthly range spanning compounded and branded prescriptions, with dose, pharmacy and plan affecting cost. That range is not one fixed compounded tirzepatide quote. The packages page separately lists Zepbound at $1,399 per month; keep the brand offer distinct from the compounded-plan totals.^3,4

The three-, six- and twelve-month cards cross out $339, $319 and $299 respectively beside the current $229, $209 and $199 monthly equivalents. It also describes a full refund when cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the subscription term and no services have been received. For ordinary cancellation, monthly charges for the current and prior months are not refunded. For plans charged two or more months at a time, the policy says months with no medication shipped are refundable. A later FAQ instead says a refund after loss of medical eligibility “may” be issued. Confirm how the medical-disqualification and unshipped-month provisions apply to your actual order.⁵

Damaged items may be replaced after evidence is supplied; incorrect items are to be replaced. Contact support promptly. These remedies do not establish a general right to return medication or reverse an already fulfilled charge.⁵

Identify the actual care and dispensing entities

The site attributes final prescribing decisions to OpenLoop clinicians. Its terms name Red Rock, HealthWarehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx as pharmacy partners. Those public names do not identify the clinician or preparing/dispensing facility assigned to you or independently verify current credentials.
