What the $597 plan includes

The product page describes a three-month supply, injection supplies, provider-directed titration, free priority shipping and portal messaging. It advertises the same price at every dose. It says $597 is collected at checkout and clinical nonapproval receives a full refund. These are the public offer's terms, not confirmation of individual eligibility or a prescription.³

If laboratory testing is needed, ask which tests and charges apply to your treatment. The refund policy excludes the hormone lab panel from treatment-program refunds; that does not establish that such a panel is required for this tirzepatide offer. Confirm individual location eligibility before paying.³

Renewal and commitment are separate questions

The named product renews at $597 every three months. The current policy likewise states that three-month subscriptions renew every three months and month-to-month subscriptions every month. Ask for the exact calendar date and amount of your next charge and retain the confirmation.^3,4

The policy says some therapies have minimum commitments and that ending shipments does not necessarily end payment during a commitment. It requires cancellation before renewal, after which the cycle's charge is nonrefundable. The public plan's cancel-anytime wording should therefore not be read as a guaranteed refund of an already-paid term.⁴

Refunds and fees depend on timing

For clinical denial, the policy promises the full treatment-program fee back without deductions, excluding the nonrefundable hormone lab panel. A written cancellation request before consultation may qualify for a full treatment-program-fee refund; it is not an unconditional entitlement. After consultation and prescription issuance, the pharmacy order is final regardless of shipment status. Changes after pharmacy submission may incur up to $150 and are not guaranteed.⁴

The policy also retains broad discretion over refunds. Ask which stage the order has reached before assuming that an unshipped prescription is refundable; the product's nonapproval promise does not create an unconditional change-of-mind refund.^3,4
