The second important distinction is cancellation: flexible-plan marketing does not mean that an already-dispensed prescription can be refunded. Its policy retains a consultation fee in specified circumstances and gives a short reporting window for verified delivery failures.⁴

Compare the three plans separately

The product describes consultation, medication and shipping as included. The $644.99 option is one payment for three months, approximately $215 per month; it is not a $215 monthly installment. The page labels that plan autoship while other sections say no subscriptions and month-to-month only. Obtain its renewal amount, next billing date and cancellation method before choosing it.³

The $179.99 maintenance selection is limited to the provider-described 2 mg dose. It should not be presented as a price for every dose or as an approved standard maintenance regimen. Your clinician must determine the prescribed dose; do not adjust injections to fit an advertised tier.³

The homepage also sells a separate $50 consultation without medication for people who want to ask questions before choosing a program. That is distinct from the consultation included in a medication plan and from a retained consultation fee after cancellation.⁵

The refund cutoff can precede shipment

For patients not approved after consultation, the policy describes refunding the monthly membership fee minus a $50 video or asynchronous consultation charge, within 30 days. The product page says no subscription is required, so obtain the exact payment component meant by that membership language rather than assuming a separate fee or a full refund.^3,4

Appointment cancellation, rescheduling or no-show within 24 hours carries a $50 fee; outside that window the stated charge is zero. This appointment rule is separate from prescription processing and future autoship cancellation.⁴

Report a delivery failure promptly

The non-delivery provision requires notifying Precision within 48 hours of the delivery date shown by tracking, with the carrier confirming a delivery issue. After verification, the policy offers a medication-order refund or replacement sent to a different address. This is not an automatic refund based only on an initial complaint.⁴

The policy's general approved-refund processing estimate is 10 business days, while its medical-nonapproval paragraph gives 30 days. Keep the order number, tracking and supporting information and ask which process applies. Quality concerns should be reported promptly, but the delivery exception should not be expanded into a blanket satisfaction guarantee.⁴

Know the practice behind the platform

Terms identify Precision Health Digital LLC. The site says Doctors Now PC, a group of independent clinicians, supplies medical services through the platform, and payment does not guarantee a prescription. The product names Joseph Palumbo, DO, as medical director; these are provider disclosures, not independent credential checks or proof that he will treat you.^3,6

The product identifies Rush Pharmacy as a compounding partner. Confirm the legal dispensing facility, address and pharmacist contact on the actual prescription. A named relationship does not establish your assignment, current facility license or preparation quality.³

Precision advertises all-state access and describes clinician assessment by telehealth; the homepage mentions Zoom. Confirm your physical location and selected service. Shipping claims vary between 48 hours on the product and 72 hours on the homepage, so ask when preparation and dispatch occur rather than assuming a guaranteed arrival date.^3,5
