Eden Tirzepatide Review: $129 Offer, Fees & Warranty

Eden advertises compounded tirzepatide at $129 per month at every dose, including medication and care, with no separate membership fee. Its public Terms describe a different membership arrangement: $39 for the first month, then $99 monthly, with medication charged separately. That unresolved difference is the main purchase question. Confirm which arrangement applies and the full recurring total before authorizing payment.^3,4

The named tirzepatide page separates this offer from $99 semaglutide. It also advertises clinician review, ongoing messaging, expedited shipping and provider-directed lab work when needed. These are Eden’s published service commitments, rather than a guarantee that any particular treatment will be prescribed.³

What the $129 offer establishes

The product page labels its price monthly, displays $129 for month one, month two, month three and every month, and says there is no annual commitment. It describes no dose-based increase and protection while the account remains active, including permitted pauses; closing an account and returning brings the then-current rate. It does not establish a particular vial quantity or the exact number of treatment days in each shipment.³

The Terms require closer attention. Sections 14 and 23 authorize automatic billing, and §23 expressly separates medication from membership. The same Terms reserve price changes, with advance notice for membership increases. Section 21 also allows changes to same-price-per-dose offers. These provisions prevent treating the headline lifetime-price promise as an unconditional guarantee of every future bill.⁴

Ask for the medication charge, any membership charge, shipment period and next charge date together. A monthly price and a shipment containing four weekly doses need not describe the same calendar interval. Nothing on the public pages resolves an individual prescription’s quantity in advance.

Clinical care and pharmacy roles

Eden Health International Inc.’s Terms describe a technology platform connecting patients with independent providers, rather than Eden itself delivering medical services. They say care requires a licensed provider’s evaluation and availability depends on the service and state. The assessment is not a prescription approval.⁴

The product page now names Eden Pharmacy in Albuquerque, New Mexico, alongside U.S. pharmacy partners. It says medication may be prepared by Eden Pharmacy or a partner and advertises testing and source-to-shipment oversight. Those are company claims; this review does not independently certify a facility, inspect testing records or establish the dispenser assigned to an individual prescription. Ask for the actual pharmacy and formulation before using a shipment.³

Cancellation, medical denial and unavailable treatment

The product FAQ permits pausing or canceling through the patient portal but warns that an order already sent to a pharmacy may not be cancelable. The Terms require cancellation before the next billing date, with at least 48 hours before renewal for their membership program. Canceling stops future cycles; it does not reverse processed or shipped orders, and partial membership periods are not refunded.^3,4

The initial medical-denial provision is narrower than an unrestricted order refund. Section 23 promises return of the initial $39 membership fee if treatment is inappropriate and no prescription is issued. It does not say every possible medication charge is refunded under that clause. Separately, §15 provides a prorated refund of unshipped medication or product costs if the network cannot fulfill treatment; membership remains governed by §23. Approved refunds are described as processed within 30 days.⁴

The warranty has conflicting thresholds

The product page advertises a six-month warranty for not losing at least 15% of body weight. Section 17 of the Terms instead describes a 10% threshold after 26 consecutive weekly injectable doses. Its conditions include medical approval, prescribed diet and exercise, follow-up appointments, weekly portal check-ins, weekly posts in the private Facebook group and two dated weight-verification videos. Oral products are excluded.^3,4

The Terms reserve the eligibility decision to Eden, allow a refund or program credit, and limit an approved refund to membership fees attributed to the eligible service during the first six months. They exclude other products, services and incidental verification costs. Obtain written clarification of the threshold, eligible payments and claim process before relying on the warranty to recover medication spending. The marketing promise does not resolve those conflicting terms.⁴

FDA warning letter

FDA issued Eden Health International Inc. dba Eden a warning letter in June 2026 concerning false or misleading claims and misbranding in telehealth marketing. Read the FDA letter when evaluating the company’s product claims; it is a regulatory record, not a measure of an individual patient’s outcome.²

Resolve the charge schedule and cancellation rules before treating the advertised bundle as your complete cost.
