Mochi Health Tirzepatide Review: Pricing Displays & Membership

Mochi separates medication from its $79 monthly membership, with an eligible first membership month advertised free. Its current compounded tirzepatide page presents two different medication figures: the hero says $236 for a three-month supply, billed once, while a later product card says starting at $90 plus membership, varying with the prescribed dose. Those displays do not establish one consistent selected-plan quote.³

The useful comparison is therefore the complete prescription and care commitment, not the older flat-rate description or a calculation that combines whichever headline is lowest. Confirm the dose-specific medication charge, supply period, amount due now and later renewal before paying. The membership promotion does not make the medication free.³

Read the two price displays together

The three-month medication hero is an upfront purchase description, not a statement that a patient can pay one third of that amount each month. The separate starting-price card says cost varies by dose. Neither display makes every dose the same price or identifies which price would apply after an individual clinician's review.³

Mochi's terms allow separate automatic membership and medication subscriptions, with medication fees disclosed when selected and before subsequent fulfillment. They also allow medication prices to change. A prepaid medication supply and a monthly care subscription can therefore create different payment dates and different cancellation consequences.⁴

The public product page advertises a written prescription, video review and continuing provider access. Its compounded dose menu and promotional outcomes do not establish equivalence with the FDA-approved product or the regimen used in branded trials. The menu's 16.6 mg weekly entry exceeds Zepbound's approved maximum of 15 mg once weekly; it is not routine approved escalation or an equivalent branded dose, so ask the prescribing clinician to explain the formulation and proposed regimen.⁶ The page's weight-loss study description identifies a preprint and explicitly says it is not a compounded-versus-approved efficacy comparison; do not treat that marketing figure as an individual forecast.³

Care access and the platform's role

Mochi describes clinicians and nutrition support, while the named product advertises unlimited care-team visits and 24/7 provider support. Those are advertised service benefits, not evidence that a particular appointment or response time will be available. Confirm how symptoms and refill questions reach the clinical team and which services your selected membership includes.^1,2,3

Professional care comes from clinicians affiliated with independently operated practices. Mochi Health Corp. provides administrative and technology services rather than medical care itself. The product page describes pharmacy choice, but it does not identify the dispenser assigned to an individual compounded prescription.^3,4

Membership and medication have different cancellation steps

The terms permit membership cancellation through the account's cancellation control or by telephone at 619-648-1247. They expressly reject email to hello@joinmochi.com as a valid cancellation method. Membership cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term; it also ends medication subscriptions that require that membership.⁴

A medication subscription can be canceled or modified through the medication page before a refill request is sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment. Stopping medication alone is not the same instruction as ending the paid membership. Confirm which subscriptions remain active, keep the confirmation and check the next scheduled charge rather than assuming nonuse stops billing.⁴

Refund limits start before a box arrives

The terms make medication fees nonrefundable once the order is sent to a pharmacy for dispensing. The dedicated refund page also calls prescription sales final and says pharmacy-filling concerns should be investigated. This is not a general money-back trial of the medication.^4,5

Partially used membership periods are not routinely refundable. Any discretionary membership refund is capped at the fees paid in the preceding month, and no discretionary refund is offered for a month in which provider services were received. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next term; a discretionary exception is not a guaranteed refund policy.⁴

Mochi may appeal to someone who expects to use ongoing clinical and nutrition support. Its price comparison needs more care while the medication hero and product card differ. A clear selected prescription and payment schedule are more informative than assuming the cheapest advertised medication figure applies indefinitely.
