Freya Meds Tirzepatide Review: Monthly and Quarterly Prices

Freya's named tirzepatide page lists $390 for monthly plans or a $332 monthly equivalent billed and delivered quarterly. Its homepage FAQ separately advertises tirzepatide starting at $249/month. Those displays do not establish a single accepted price for every plan. The $250 and $297 figures on the comparison panel belong to semaglutide, not lower tirzepatide tiers.^3,4

Keep the medication and billing period together

The named page's quarterly tirzepatide equivalent works out to $996 across three months by arithmetic. Confirm the actual amount due, timing of collection, supplied weeks, preparation and shipping schedule before paying. We did not select a prescription or obtain an accepted invoice, and the displayed equivalent does not prove monthly installments.³

The homepage also displays a temporary three-month-plan promotion. Its eligibility, checkout discount and later renewal conditions were not established for an individual prescription. Do not assume the lower homepage starting price, seasonal promotion and named-page quarterly price can be combined.⁴

The Royal Medical Center review explains why a mixed GLP-1 starting headline needs a medication-specific quote. The same discipline matters here: compare tirzepatide with tirzepatide, not the adjacent semaglutide rate, and match the billed and supplied periods.

What the care package advertises

The named comparison panel lists medication, unlimited doctor consultations, monthly group calls and a one-on-one dietitian consultation. The homepage describes prescription care, shipping, monthly expert sessions and clinician access. These are published inclusions, not independent measurements of appointment availability, response time or outcomes.^3,4

In its payment FAQ, Freya says the plan covers the full monthly treatment rather than a specific vial and that clinician-directed dose increases are included without extra cost. Confirm that the accepted plan applies that rule to your actual preparation, supplied amount and renewal. It does not justify using a semaglutide figure as a tirzepatide price.⁴

Stopping medication and canceling billing are separate

Freya uses cancel-anytime and no-lock-in language. Its treatment FAQ discusses planning a medication stop with the practitioner. That does not establish an advance billing-cancellation deadline, a refund for unused quarterly supply, or the status of a prescription already prepared.^3,4

The posted Terms describe responsibility for provider, laboratory and pharmacy charges, but the reviewed payment provisions do not supply a fixed recurring-payment schedule, advance cancellation cutoff or unused-term refund entitlement. Ask for the actual payment agreement, next processing date, cancellation channel and prescription-finality rule before authorizing payment. Missing detail in those provisions is not proof that no additional agreement exists.⁵

Confirm state access, clinician and pharmacy

The homepage says patients across 50 states, while the posted Terms exclude Alabama, Mississippi and West Virginia. The old review's 49-state statement is not a verified current list. Confirm the actual medication and service available where you are physically located.^4,5

Freya's Terms describe an administrative platform and independent clinical practices, and allow requesting a pharmacy of choice. They do not identify the actual prescriber or dispensing facility assigned to an order we have verified. Obtain those details and ask how choosing an outside pharmacy changes payment and delivery.⁵

The site now displays a LegitScript verification link, so the old statement that no visible badge existed has been removed. We did not obtain an independent registry result. A displayed link or service badge does not itself verify a clinician, dispensing facility or individual preparation.^3,4
