Fitstry Review: Weightstry Fees, Pharmacy Costs & Refunds

Fitstry's operator, Weightstry, separates the care membership from pharmacy-priced medication. Its public program page still displays a charter offer with a July 20, 2026 enrollment deadline. Obtain the currently available membership and named tirzepatide quote rather than treating that expired enrollment date or a generic GLP-1 range as a current all-in price.³

Separate membership, medication and laboratory charges

The page lists charter membership at $150 monthly or $405 quarterly, with a $347 monthly public rate after the cohort closes. Those are care fees, not tirzepatide prices. The separate $249–$339 pharmacy range covers compounded GLP-1 medication generally, without establishing which current amount applies to your tirzepatide prescription.³

The practice advertises clinician access, biannual Quest or Labcorp panels, a registered dietitian and coaching. Some daily-access and forum features are marked as coming online rather than already available. Its refund policy also distinguishes independently billed laboratory and pharmacy charges; confirm which actual tests and third-party fees are included in the accepted membership.^3,5

Clinical and pharmacy responsibility

The April 9, 2026 Terms identify Weightstry, LLC as the technology and administrative provider and an affiliated medical practice as responsible for clinical decisions. They disclose compounded tirzepatide and name RedRock, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx as possible independent pharmacies. The network list does not guarantee availability or identify the dispenser for your prescription.⁴

Understand the three guarantees

The June 6, 2026 refund policy offers a first-30-day membership-fee guarantee, excluding medication, laboratory and pharmacy charges. A separate clinical-fit exception refunds a prescribed medication's cost if the treating clinician determines after the first labs that it is inappropriate. Neither should be expanded into a promise that every initial denial reverses every charge.⁵

One clinician switch is offered during the first 60 days. Outside the clinical-fit exception, used or dispensed medication, completed lab charges and related shipments are generally nonrefundable. The independent suppliers' policies otherwise control their own charges.⁵

Cancellation and state restrictions

Membership is paid in advance and renews at the selected interval, such as monthly or quarterly. Cancel through customer service to stop future billing; access continues through the paid period. Cancellation alone does not refund that period outside the stated guarantee. Ask for the next processing date and acknowledgment.⁵

The program's broad 49-state wording differs from the Terms, which exclude Delaware, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Rhode Island, New Mexico, West Virginia and Washington, D.C. Confirm physical-location eligibility before paying. Discuss side effects, gallbladder concerns and the thyroid warning with your clinician.^3,4

Judge the provider on price, oversight and disclosure; judge the molecule on its trials. Tirzepatide's are strong — roughly 15–21% of body weight over 72 weeks in SURMOUNT-1¹, and better than semaglutide head-to-head² — but they were run on the brand drug at FDA-approved doses.
