EverPrime Tirzepatide Review: Membership, Prices & Refunds
Published by Tirzepatide ReportUpdated
On this page
Optional membership and separate tirzepatide pricing, with provider care and scheduled testing.
Standout details
- Standard and member medication prices listed by plan length
- Product describes supplies, shipping and scheduled provider visits and labs
Things to consider
- Member medication headline excludes upfront membership fees
- Membership billing FAQ contains a three-month versus twelve-month term inconsistency
EverPrime’s lowest tirzepatide label is $180 per month at member pricing, attached to its twelve-month option. Membership costs extra. Its separate membership page lists Core at $99/month and says membership is collected upfront. Compare the complete medication and membership charges before treating that headline as a monthly bill.1,2
Medication and membership are separate purchases
The product page publishes standard and member prices for four plan lengths. It advertises the same price across doses and medication delivery every four weeks. A four-week shipment does not establish calendar-month billing.1
Medication labels
| Plan label | Standard / member medication price |
|---|---|
| 1 month | $329 / $230 per month |
| 3 months | $313 / $214 per month |
| 6 months | $296 / $197 per month |
| 12 months | $280 / $180 per month |
The Terms say subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle; full payment terms are supplied at checkout.3
Membership is optional. The membership FAQ says prepaid membership and treatment payments are non-refundable, with benefits continuing through the prepaid term. Its billing explanation also contains an inconsistency: a three-month medication example describes twelve months of membership charged upfront. Obtain the selected membership term, amount due today and renewal date; do not infer them from a monthly label.2
The medication page includes ongoing provider care; the membership page also says membership covers all provider visits. Confirm which visits a nonmember treatment plan includes.1,2
Our membership-versus-medication guide explains how to compare those separate charges. EverPrime deserves its own comparison even if you have already read the Enhance MD review: a related business does not make two published offers identical.
What care and shipping include
The named tirzepatide page describes a video visit every ninety days, metabolic labs every six months, supplies and free shipping. Availability depends on the patient’s state.1 The general FAQ says a licensed provider determines eligibility; completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription. It names Quest Diagnostics for required bloodwork.5
The membership page gives a lab-payment exception for New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island: it offers a $50 discount instead of paying the lab directly. Confirm whether that exception applies to the selected care plan.2
EverPrime’s shipping policy includes two-day priority transit after dispatch, excluding clinical review and preparation time. It does not promise a two-day arrival from payment. Report damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders within forty-eight hours with photos; replacements require approval.4
Cancel before pharmacy preparation
The shipping policy asks patients to contact support at least twenty-four hours before the next billing date to skip or cancel a shipment. It also says cancellation is possible before an order is sent to the pharmacy, but unavailable once preparation starts. Confirm both the processing stage and billing cutoff.4
Payment stages
| Situation | Published policy |
|---|---|
| Membership renewal | Cancel before the next cycle; prepaid payments are non-refundable. |
| Upcoming shipment | Contact support 24 hours before billing and before pharmacy preparation. |
| Prescription prepared | Cannot be canceled or refunded; no prescription returns. |
| Treatment unsuitable | Shipping policy promises a full refund; confirm which separate charges are covered. |
The same policy promises a full refund when a provider decides treatment is unsuitable. That is different from voluntary cancellation of prepaid membership. Ask support how that promise applies to each separate charge if you are not approved.2,4 Our cancellation and refund guide separates stopping future charges from recovering money already paid.
Who provides care and fills the prescription?
EverPrime’s September 16, 2026 Terms identify Enhance.MD, LLC as the platform operator. They name Enhance Wellness, PC; EnhanceMD CA, PC; and iThriveMD, PC as independent medical groups. The platform itself does not practice medicine.3
Those Terms name Rite-Away, Vios and TruMedsRx in the service description. The contact list also includes Honeybee Health and Wells Pharmacy. This is a published network, not a personal dispensing assignment. Ask for the actual pharmacy on the prescription; our dispensing-pharmacy guide explains what to verify.3
Compounded medicine has different evidence
Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded products for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. A provider’s clinical assessment and a licensed pharmacy are important, but neither makes a compounded preparation an approved branded drug. Discuss why a compounded prescription is appropriate for your medical needs.6
For the clinical comparison, see our tirzepatide evidence guide and Zepbound side-effects guide. This review evaluates EverPrime’s published offer and policies; it is not a firsthand treatment test.
Frequently asked questions
Does EverPrime’s $180 price include membership?
No. It is the twelve-month member medication label. Membership is separate, and the complete upfront charge and renewal schedule need confirmation.
Do I have to join EverPrime’s membership?
Membership is optional and medication is separate. Its comparison lists nonmember treatment visits at $99 each, while the product page describes ongoing care. Confirm the selected plan’s included visits and total charges.
Can I cancel an EverPrime prescription?
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. The shipping policy requests notice twenty-four hours before billing and before pharmacy preparation. Prepared prescriptions cannot be canceled or refunded. Medical nonapproval has a separate full-refund promise.
Is EverPrime the same business as Enhance MD?
EverPrime’s Terms identify Enhance.MD, LLC as its operator. Its published membership, medication labels and policies still need a separate comparison; do not assume an Enhance plan carries the same terms.
