Elara Tirzepatide Review: Four-Week Prices & Prepaid Terms

Elara Health and Wellness lists $339 every four weeks for compounded tirzepatide without prepayment. Lower four-week rates require paying for 12, 24 or 52 weeks upfront. The program includes prescribed medication, clinician care, quarterly metabolic labs, health coaching and shipping; those inclusions make the supply period and exit calculation especially important.^3,4

Four weeks is not a calendar month

The published tirzepatide totals are $927 for 12 weeks, $1,734 for 24 weeks and $3,497 for 52 weeks. Their advertised $309, $289 and $269 rates apply to each four-week period. The longest plan contains 13 such periods, not twelve calendar-month payments.⁴

The named program says the price stays the same as the prescribed dose changes. Quarterly metabolic labs are described through Quest or Labcorp, with a certified health coach every three weeks. An included registered-dietitian visit is not established by that coaching offer. Antinausea prescribing is included, but the antinausea medicine or pharmacy copay is separate; optional supplements are also extra.³

Named partners are not an individual assignment

The site names RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Compounding Pharmacy and Triad Rx. These are company-disclosed partners, not independent confirmation of every facility's license or your eventual dispenser. Ask which facility will prepare the prescription, what formulation it uses and how to contact the pharmacist.^3,5

Cancellation can change the discount

The Terms authorize automatic charges at the interval shown at checkout. Cancellation can be requested by email or through the provider, and separate provider procedures may apply. General fees are nonrefundable except under the incorporated Refund and Cancellation Policy; care outside the platform or pharmacy network can carry separate charges.⁶

The refund policy says four-week plans have no cancellation fee, but a period whose medication has shipped remains nonrefundable. On prepaid plans, care already received is recalculated at the applicable shorter-plan rate before the remaining refund is determined. No additional exit penalty is stated; that does not mean all unused prepaid money is returned without adjustment.⁵

The assessment is free, and the policy says no payment is collected if a clinician finds the program inappropriate. Contact the team promptly before dispensing to seek an unfilled-order refund. Damaged or compromised medication must be reported with photos within 48 hours for a replacement.⁵

The care team lists Monday–Friday, 9–5 ET support. Do not mistake that for continuous emergency monitoring. Discuss side effects, gallbladder concerns and the thyroid cancer warning with the prescribing clinician.
