Apex MD Tirzepatide Review: $399 Care & Renewal Notice

Apex MD advertises $399 per month for compounded tirzepatide at every dose, with provider access, medication and quarterly bloodwork included. The important commitment is in the Terms: subscriptions renew automatically, and the published cancellation clause requires 30 days' notice before renewal processing.^3,4

What the monthly quote covers

The GLP-1 page includes visits, direct messaging, medication delivery, bloodwork and tracking tools without a separate membership surcharge. It describes tirzepatide with B12. These are Apex's advertised inclusions, not evidence that its formulation produces the same results as a branded injection.³

Quarterly Labcorp testing is advertised as included; the FAQ says at-home testing carries a small upcharge. Another section calls bloodwork optional, free and encouraged and mentions Labcorp or Quest. Confirm the recommended schedule, covered panel and collection location.³

Read the renewal notice before subscribing

The product FAQ says there is no long-term contract and treatment can be discontinued at any time. The October 23, 2026 Terms nevertheless describe automatic charges at the selected interval. They permit cancellation by email or phone but require notice at least 30 days before renewal processing, with cancellation taking effect at the period's end. Ask for the next processing date and acknowledgment rather than assuming a last-day request prevents another charge.⁴

The advertised locked rate and the Terms' ability to change future prices also deserve confirmation in the enrollment agreement. A purchase accepted at one price does not establish that every future order is protected from a change.^3,4

Refund promises cover different situations

The product FAQ says payment is returned immediately if the physician does not approve treatment, with credit offered as an alternative. The general Terms give initial members 30 days to cancel for a first-month-fee refund, ending access immediately; later cancellation normally leaves access through the paid period without a refund.^3,4

A separate Concierge subsection says rendered services and processed orders are nonrefundable, while prescription-product sales are also described as final. Confirm which terms govern the GLP-1 order and what portion is refundable after review or dispensing. Do not treat the initial membership promise as permission to return shipped medicine.⁴

Clinical care and pharmacy roles

The Terms distinguish Apex MD's platform from independent clinical professionals and pharmacies. A prescription can be transferred among participating pharmacies; choosing another pharmacy can mean paying that pharmacy directly at a different price. The checked program and Terms do not identify the particular dispensing facility for every patient.⁴
