Aquivia Health Tirzepatide Review: Billing & Refunds

Aquivia Health’s standard compounded tirzepatide menu shows $339 billed every four weeks. Its lower per-shipment amounts require larger upfront payments: $927 for 12 weeks ($309 per shipment), $1,734 for 24 weeks ($289 per shipment), or $3,497 for 52 weeks ($269 per shipment). Shipments are every four weeks; these are not calendar-month prices.³

Match the headline to the amount due

The longer options contain three, six or thirteen shipments respectively. The displayed $269 amount therefore accompanies a $3,497 one-time payment, not an independent $269 monthly purchase. The pricing page says provider visits, titration, supplies, labs, coaching and shipping are included; the terms separately require payment of consultation, prescription and laboratory costs disclosed at checkout. Confirm the actual included services and any additional amount before authorizing payment.^3,4

A summer discount still appears on the page, but its stated end date is August 31, 2026. It should not be assumed available in October. The public menu also does not establish your eligibility, prescribed preparation, final quote or renewal agreement.³

Two cancellation deadlines need clarification

The terms require cancellation at least five days before renewal to avoid the next charge. The separate cancellation policy instead requires at least 72 hours before the next billing date. Both describe automatic or recurring subscription billing. Ask which deadline governs your plan and obtain confirmation of cancellation; “cancel anytime” does not by itself mean the next charge can always be stopped.^4,5

The refund page promises a full refund for medical disqualification and for cancellation within the first 72 hours if no subscription services have been received. Otherwise, its monthly rule excludes refunds for the current or prior months, while plans charged for two or more months allow refunds for months with no medication shipped. Damaged items may be replaced with evidence; incorrect items are to be replaced. These are not unconditional medication return rights.⁵

The terms additionally describe prorated unused-period refunds following changed medical eligibility, a clinician’s decision that service is no longer appropriate, or a material subscription change you reject. Confirm how these exceptions apply to a prepaid four-week shipment plan rather than assuming every unused day is refundable.⁴

Know who provides care and medication

Aquivia describes itself as a technology and education platform, with care provided by separate medical groups. Its terms name RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Compounding Pharmacy and Triad Rx as partners, and permit pharmacy choice. Those names do not confirm your assigned facility, current licensure or a specific preparation.⁴
