Before enrolling, resolve a billing discrepancy: the pricing page describes monthly renewal, while the Terms say fees are collected every 28 days. A four-week cycle and a calendar month do not create the same number of charges over a year.^3,4

Separate the injection quote from the wider menu

The named pricing table covers injectable tirzepatide across its listed 2.5–15 mg dose range and says the medication price is unchanged within that range. The homepage also advertises oral GLP-1 tablets and branded products. That broader menu does not establish that a particular oral tablet contains tirzepatide or carries the injection's price.^3,5
