Welling Health Tirzepatide Review: Current Rx Status

Welling Health’s current homepage says “Rx: not yet open” and that new membership pricing is coming soon. That does not establish a current tirzepatide offer or an available $275 monthly prescription plan. Confirm that prescribing has opened and obtain the actual product and charge before considering it as a medication option.³

The site describes a broader membership, labs and a companion app. Those services should be evaluated separately from a medication that has not been established as currently available.

Treat current availability as a separate question

The homepage labels membership opening soon and the app free today. A free app or a future membership does not establish access to a prescriber, a particular drug, a pharmacy or a current treatment price.³

Before paying for anything intended to support treatment, request the service that is actually open, its full charge, supported location and whether a clinician-patient relationship will be formed. Do not substitute a prior medication or meal-logging discount for the new selected agreement.

The PeptidesRx review addresses a different public-information interruption: its official site currently displays a temporary under-construction notice. That notice cannot establish whether existing patient care, billing or prescriptions have ended. Existing patients need their accepted agreement and established care or pharmacy contacts; prospective patients should verify the current offer and terms before paying.⁶

Read when the posted terms apply

The posted Terms of Service name Welling PLLC, a Washington professional practice. They state an effective date of October 22, 2026, or earlier agreement, with separate notice or earlier-checkout acceptance rules for people on older terms. These posted conditions should not be assumed to govern every existing member immediately.⁴

The terms describe membership tracks, an access plan and separately charged prescription services. The refunds page reproduces those financial provisions. Obtain the version applicable to your purchase, especially while membership and prescribing availability are changing.^4,5

The 14-day window can end earlier

For membership tracks, the posted policy allows a refund within 14 days of that track starting, but the window ends when specified care begins: a completed clinical visit or lab consultation, medication order, blood draw or DEXA scan. A service on one track does not close another track’s window. After the deadline or first listed service, the fee is not refundable or prorated.⁵

The first access-plan charge has its own 14-day limit, ending earlier on the first lab sample, medication order or completed clinician visit under that plan. Later access charges are nonrefundable. Cancellation switches off future automatic renewals; it does not itself refund the current paid period.⁵

These are posted plan conditions, not evidence that a particular plan or prescription can currently be bought. Ask which fee you would pay and which action would end its refund eligibility.

Separate medication, visit and laboratory charges

The posted prescription-services section says visits are billed separately when completed, whether or not a prescription is written. Medication is charged when prescribed, and refills when requested at the displayed price; the medication amount includes shipping. Required labs may be separate. This is different from one universal medication-inclusive membership price.^4,5

The posted policy refunds the medication charge in full if a paid prescription or refill is canceled or withdrawn before being sent to the pharmacy. Dispensed medication cannot be returned for credit. Obtain the exact cutoff and assigned practice and pharmacy when prescribing actually becomes available.⁵

Our assessment

Welling’s present prescribing status is the first issue to resolve; published contract language does not establish an active tirzepatide service. Compare current prescribed-product offers through Vitara RX and VyraRX separately from Welling’s app or forthcoming membership.

Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved finished drugs.
