Joi + Blokes Tirzepatide Review: Quarterly Price & Terms

Joi + Blokes currently lists compounded tirzepatide at $249 per month after a $149 first-month offer, billed quarterly. The same page separately lists semaglutide at $179 after a $99 first month. The lower semaglutide figures do not price tirzepatide, and quarterly billing is not a flexible month-to-month payment arrangement.³

The named tirzepatide card includes medication, dosing support, clinician consultations and health coaching. Its page says there is no separate membership fee and labs are optional. Confirm the actual amount due for the selected quarter and the renewal charge; the introductory monthly label alone does not establish the first checkout total.³

What the platform provides

The Joi and Blokes brands organize services for women and men within a broader hormone and wellness platform. The reviewed GLP-1 page describes health-coach visits, clinician access, nutrition support, messaging and delivery. Those services do not establish that a coach is a Registered Dietitian or that hormone treatment is included in a tirzepatide subscription.³

Its public process begins with health history and discussion with a clinician; an independent provider determines whether a prescription is appropriate. The footer expressly says Joi + Blokes does not provide medical care or manufacture the medication. Completing an assessment does not itself create a clinician-patient relationship with the platform or guarantee eligibility.^3,4

Read quarterly pricing with the cancellation terms

The page advertises easy cancellation and says a plan can be adjusted or canceled anytime. Its Terms, last updated September 15, 2025, describe subscriptions with a minimum three consecutive months and a request 30 days before the next monthly processing date after the initial commitment. These statements are not fully reconciled with the quarterly offer. Obtain the applicable commitment, processing date and cancellation deadline for the selected plan instead of assuming the easiest wording governs.^3,4

The Terms describe automatic charges at the intervals shown for the product. An introductory price does not establish a permanent rate, and paying quarterly can leave unused supply or care time if your needs change. Ask whether cancellation stops a later renewal, a not-yet-submitted prescription or an already-paid quarter, and whether any amount remains payable.

The refund page says prescription returns are not accepted and sales are final. It separately addresses an insurance-backed GLP-1 subscription: lack of candidacy or approval cancels the subscription, but fees already paid are nonrefundable. That limited section should not be presented as a guaranteed refund—or automatically transferred to every compounded cash-pay arrangement.⁵

Diagnostic lab purchases and lab subscriptions are also described as final and nonrefundable. Optional labs therefore represent a separate buying decision, not a free benefit established by the medication headline. Confirm whether any selected laboratory or other service adds to the initial charge.⁵

Compounded preparation and named pharmacy network

The offer is compounded tirzepatide. The page says compounded medicines are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by FDA for safety, quality or effectiveness. Brand-drug trials and a familiar ingredient name do not establish equivalent results or approval for the specific dispensed preparation. See whether compounded tirzepatide is still legal in 2026 for that separate context.

The Terms name multiple pharmacy partners, including Strive, Pharmacy Hub, Tailor Made, Cadre Labs, Empower, GiftHealth and Partell. A network disclosure is useful, but it does not identify the pharmacy filling a particular tirzepatide order, verify its license independently or establish one regulatory classification for the entire network. Confirm the actual dispenser and ingredients when a prescription is issued.⁴

FDA issued Joi + Blokes a warning letter on June 8, 2026 about misleading compounded-drug claims and labeling that suggested the platform compounded the products. Compounded products are not FDA-approved. The current product page does not establish that FDA has resolved the concerns in that letter.⁶

Evaluate care and outcomes separately

The site displays customer ratings and testimonials. This review does not independently audit those reviews, validate a satisfaction ranking or use them to forecast weight loss. Check the actual care and product disclosures rather than choosing on a review-count headline.
