These equivalents are arithmetic, not proof of monthly installments. Separate pay-as-you-go entries list 40 mg at $399 and 60 mg at $499; a vial quantity is not a prescribed dose or a fixed-duration supply.³

The price page includes medication, supplies, virtual physician visits as needed and shipping. The product describes automatic refills. A monthly label does not remove the commitment clause
