The contract is clearer about money already paid: the dedicated policy makes subscription purchases generally final from purchase, even before intake is completed. Cancellation stops future renewal, rather than creating an ordinary return window.⁵

Price, inclusion and promotion limits

The site advertises same-price dosing, telemedical visits, a prescription if appropriate and free shipping. The Terms describe a single total that can include the pharmacy, professional practice and platform charges. Cancel before processing, not after a charge

The Terms require at least 72 hours before the applicable monthly processing date to stop a subscription. The dedicated policy uses the next billing date and permits account cancellation, email or phone support. Ask for the actual charge-processing date and keep the acknowledgment.^4,5
