The price page describes a three-month package with the same price across available strengths. The monthly equivalent does not establish monthly payments or a smaller commitment.^3,4

The pricing page includes medication, doctor consultations, shipping and ongoing support without separate service fees. Obtain the prescribed preparation, exact supplied quantity, number of shipments and next authorized payment. Same-price-across-strengths wording is not permission to select a dose or assurance of perpetual price protection.^3,4

The named page’s monthly-payment note says Klarna or Affirm can split the quarterly fee into monthly installments. That financing route does not change the underlying quarterly purchase. Obtain eligibility, fees, repayment dates and the remaining balance if care stops; financing approval and accepted terms remain separate.^3,5

A fixed term does not end with a cancellation request

The Terms say subscription billing repeats at the selected interval until properly canceled. For fixed one-, three-, six- or twelve-month plans, the selected term must be completed; cancellation affects future renewal after its medication shipments are fulfilled. They do not ordinarily refund partially used periods or fulfilled orders, except at company discretion or as otherwise required.^5,6

An initial-order cancellation must arrive before the provider writes the prescription. Refill cancellation must arrive at least 48 hours before transmission to the pharmacy. Once transmitted, that order cannot be canceled, although future orders can be stopped or paused under the applicable conditions.^5,6

Contact can be through the patient portal, support email or published telephone number. A pause resumes billing automatically when it ends unless cancellation occurs in time. Obtain confirmation of the actual processing event, remaining term and next renewal rather than equating a pause with discharge of a prepaid or financed balance.⁵

Final-sale wording still has specific exceptions

The Terms broadly make prescription sales final once ordered and describe no routine refunds for preference, effectiveness, changed health, reactions or partially used medication. This is broader wording than the separate before-prescription and refill-cancellation provisions. Obtain the applicable cancellation and refund outcome; stopping an order does not establish an unconditional refund.⁵

The Information hub describes possible refunds or replacements for shipping damage, recalls or verified filling errors, with prompt support contact and investigation. Those are reviewable exceptions, not guaranteed remedies or ordinary prescription returns.^5,6

The expanded FAQ says the initial evaluation is free. A hold is placed on the card for the full payment, processed only if approved; if the clinician declines treatment, the hold is released. That is an authorization-hold policy, not a post-dispensing refund or a guarantee of bank release timing. Confirm the actual authorization and how it applies to the selected order.⁸

The Avono Health review examines a similar authorization distinction: its FAQ says an unapproved medication order is not charged, but broader Terms permit some fees before approval and restrict refunds after clinical review. Compare the medication charge, any separate evaluation fee and the processing stage; a hold release is not a universal refund promise.^10,11

A named network is different from an assigned pharmacy

The Terms explicitly list Optimal Balance Pharmacy, VialsRx, GoGoMeds, Hallandale, Boothwyn, SmartScripts and The Pharmacy Hub as possible fulfillment pharmacies. That establishes a published network description; it does not identify the actual facility or verify its current license for a particular prescription.⁵

The product’s pharmacy section repeats an Optimal Balance description beneath different pharmacy headings. Do not transfer one facility’s 503A description to every listed name. The homepage names Wasef Health clinicians, but current credentials, actual treating practice, assigned provider and location eligibility still need confirmation.^3,7

Shipping wording also needs a stage-specific estimate: the pricing page describes free next-day air while the homepage describes two-to-three-day shipping. Obtain the fulfillment timetable for the actual prescription; a carrier service level is not an enrollment-to-delivery guarantee.^4,7
