Its pricing menu lists different amounts for microdose injection, microdose oral-dissolving and oral options. These are separate formulations and programs; the cheapest card is not a universal tirzepatide quote.^3,4

Match the price to the prescribed preparation

The menu lists $219 per month for Microdose Tirzepatide Injection, $239 for Microdose Tirzepatide ODT and $349 for Tirzepatide Oral, alongside the $299 injection. A shared ingredient name does not establish route, dose, absorption, supplied quantity or clinical equivalence. Do not choose a regimen from a price table.⁴

Obtain the actual selected total, number of supplied weeks, first collection date and later renewal. The product’s no-clinician-fee description does not establish that every possible additional test or service is included; the Terms allow charges disclosed for the selected services, including laboratory and other costs.^3,6

Authorization is different from a completed charge

The FAQ says a payment authorization occurs during intake and may appear as Care Validate, but is not a completed charge. If treatment is approved and prescribed, the authorized payment completes; if treatment is not approved, the medication order is not charged. Obtain the actual authorization amount and release process without assuming a bank-processing time.⁵

The broader Terms allow fees at different stages, including before clinical approval, and generally make fees nonrefundable once a provider reviews intake or other listed services begin. Ask whether any evaluation or nonmedication fee remains if treatment is declined, and which agreement governs the selected order. The FAQ’s medication-charge exception should be preserved rather than silently replaced by general final-sale wording.^5,6

Cancel before the selected processing cutoff

For recurring plans, the Terms authorize charges at the disclosed interval until cancellation. They require cancellation before the selected renewal or processing cutoff, without establishing one universal public notice period for every product. Ending renewal does not necessarily stop an order already submitted for clinical review, compounding, dispensing or shipment.⁶

The Terms generally exclude refunds after services, intake review, prescription issuance, pharmacy processing, laboratory ordering or fulfillment, subject to applicable rights or an express written exception. Ask for the actual stage, amount still owed and effective cancellation date. A medication already dispensed or shipped is generally not returnable.⁶

For an incorrect charge or shipment issue, contact support promptly and preserve documentation. Obtain the applicable written exception and pharmacy instructions before attempting to return a prescription.⁶

Public medical and pharmacy networks are identified

The Medical Oversight page describes CareValidate supporting intake, review, communications and pharmacy coordination, with medical services potentially provided by Lion MD and other independent clinical partners.
